Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No internet service While the hotel is attempting to upgrade and modernize, one of the main reasons for staying there was to have the abiltiy to do some work (internet needed) while visiting family. We had no internet service the entire 4-day stay despite having a router just outside the room. When I talked to the person at the desk, I was told that it was the router and that the cable company was notifed and it was a priority. It never did get resolved and I ended up using my phone as a hotspot for an extra fee to be able to get some necessary work done that could not wait. July 17, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Under renovation - expect some inconvenience Room was in relatively good condition, but in need of renovations, which are in progress. Halways wer not air conditioned, and showing wear. However, the hotel is currently renovating all the rooms. The pool ara looked great, and the restraint was very nice, but understaffed. The food (breakfast) was very good, but being understaffed, was very slow. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to seeing this hotel once the renovations are complete.. We had a little plumbing mishap just before checkout and they gave us an unexpected discount. The pool and hot tub were great! The restaurant was nice with good food and good serving portions and reasonable prices. This is a good place to stay if you have business or pleasure in the Beaver Falls / Ellwood City area. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Will definitely be back! This full service hotel was great! I enjoyed dinner at Casey's, as well as the hot tub and courtyard area. The internet service was spotty, but the friendly staff more than made up for it. (Though I still recommend finding a different internet provider...) Everybody was so willing to help with whatever I needed. I loved the newly remodeled room! Thank you for providing me with a wonderful stay! July 8, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Restaurant The best part of this stay was the restaurant. Our waitress was nice and the food was good. Our air conditioner did not work, and they were remodeling. The front desk clerk did not tell us a thing about where anything was located other than the entrance we should use to get to the room. July 8, 2014
