Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Stay Hotel was nice until the big surprise checking my Credit Card used. Was charged for the room, but also had pending charges on credit card for actual day and for 2 days later when I was not even at the hotel. Called Hotel, but they could not give me a reason for any these charges occurred, was told to just watch my Credit Card since charges should come off within 10 days. I travel weekly for business, and this has never happened before. July 27, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed This was my 2nd stay at this HI and I was not as pleased this time around with the room. Parking is tight and the room was dirty, carpeting and chair need replacing and room had bugs. Bathroom was small, door nearly hits toilet when opening and closing. Bathroom needs an exhaust/ventilation ceiling fan. Building is going through renovations, so hopefully things will get better. Its the best choice for chain lodging in the town, so you're kinda limited. Hotel signage from the adjacent road is non-existent, aside from a small sign stuck in the ground at the intersection leading to hotel. If you didn't know where to turn, you'd never find it. I'll probably be back again next year and hope to have a better experience. July 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff The best asset of the BF Holiday Inn is the staff -- I found them extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and everything I expected if not more. Having stayed at many HI's on the East Coast, I expected the rooms to more inviting -- cheerful, colorful, the decor is rather dated; although the signature pillows were almost the standard "signature" HI pillows. There is not a complimentary breakfast (only the HI Express offer this??); the gym facilities were adequate. I appreciated the quietness of the hotel. July 22, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No internet service While the hotel is attempting to upgrade and modernize, one of the main reasons for staying there was to have the abiltiy to do some work (internet needed) while visiting family. We had no internet service the entire 4-day stay despite having a router just outside the room. When I talked to the person at the desk, I was told that it was the router and that the cable company was notifed and it was a priority. It never did get resolved and I ended up using my phone as a hotspot for an extra fee to be able to get some necessary work done that could not wait. July 17, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Under renovation - expect some inconvenience Room was in relatively good condition, but in need of renovations, which are in progress. Halways wer not air conditioned, and showing wear. However, the hotel is currently renovating all the rooms. The pool ara looked great, and the restraint was very nice, but understaffed. The food (breakfast) was very good, but being understaffed, was very slow. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to seeing this hotel once the renovations are complete..
