Airport shuttle was two hours late
Check in process was unprofessional
Internet was not working properly
The quality of the food at the restaurant was very low; price from the other hand was high, very high

The Holidy in at Bedford was a great value and a tremendous place to stay. From the ease of the reservation process to the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was extremely well maintained and my stay was very relaxing. I didnt have to worry about anything during my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check-in was a nightmare. After waiting for 20 minutes, I finally get to the desk and the lady that was helping me couldn't really complete her job because she "didn't have a cashier ID." So I had to wait for another person to come from the back to get me checked in. This was after I had sat in lectures for 7 hours. I just wanted to get to my room.
When I got to the room, it smelled smoky. I wasn't about to go back down and try to get another room.
Water pressure in the shower was way less than ideal.
Guests and staff smoked on the bench right outside the main entrance.
I love staying at IHG hotels, especially with being a Platinum Elite member, but this stay really disappointed me.
I'm supposed to go to this area four times a year for school and I think I will have to find another property.

Everyone at this property had a sincere friendly and caring demeanor about them, beyond what one expects it to (already) be at a hotel!

Stayed for business due to flights being canceled because of a bad snowstorm back home on the east coast. Very relaxing. Nice pool and gym. Shuttle service was useful and even though they had food at the hotel, you could go to the mall, or call in delivery.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Hotel could add a mini fridge to the room to make it better. Hotel bar had a poor beer selection, I was hoping for some local options. Overall it was a good stay and I would consider this hotel again.

If you stay at this hotel, don't express displeasure with the woman working the front desk. I made this mistake and was told to "get a life lady" as a parting statement. To be clear, this was the woman's response to me questioning why the invoice was not put under the door as is customary for IHG properties and calling her on her nasty attitude.
