Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This place has gone downhill fast I travel to Dallas quite frequently and have spent no less than 20 nights here over the past three years. This hotel changed ownership sometime last year and my overall experiences and general satisfaction have plummeted so far that I will be looking for a new place. Average price even with our corporate "discount" has gone up $15 since then. This particular stay was absolutely terrible. Upon checking into my room, a maid tried entering (did not knock) unannounced. Thankfully the door was locked. Later in the night I tried to take a shower and found that there was no shower curtain. I tried calling the front desk and the phone didn't work. I ended up using my cell phone and the number that's on the phone for the hotel isn't even right! I proceeded to head to the front desk in search of a shower curtain and was told something would be up within 10 minutes. Almost 30 minutes later and still no shower curtain. I called the hotel and a Bell Captain answered and was very apologetic. He brought a curtain up right away and said that he wasn't sure why no one came out. Maybe at some point tonight they will eventually make it up here. To top things off, the internet here is absolutely terrible and I keep getting kicked off. The only way I'm able to write this review is by setting my phone up as a hot spot. This will likely be the last time I ever stay here. The convenience of being five minutes away from DFW Airport is now outweighed by a worsening experience. April 22, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Staff The people at the check in counter were wonderful. Help in directions and getting cab service. However, After walking around in the room for a couple of minutes we left black foot prints on the bathroom floor. Did not have coffee in the rooms or refrigerator or microwave, all things that are commonly found in rooms now. Restaurant had limited menu. Coffee in lobby was out for over an hour with out being replenished. April 20, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Too Many Pets and Worst Breakfast Ever When I arrived, on every floor there were barking and yapping animals. My first room was sandwiched between two of these animals. I am allergic to pet dander, and I had to be moved. The second room was a little better, but staff made no attempt to keep all guests with animals on one or two floors. The breakfast buffet was actually inedible. At $14.95, it was little more than a donation. I couldn't eat any of it, but it just wasn't worth the trouble to protest if I could have found the restaurant manager. The eggs were dry, overcooked and cold, the sausage links were undercooked, bland potatoes, and few condiments, such as salsa (it's a Texas site!). I got up and went to the IHOP across the freeway.
