Rooms are tired, lack of attention for details (lobby coffee, no internet, burnt out lights in room) and restaurant/bar staff is more interested in talking amongst themselves then customers March 24, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room in poor condition. Checked in. The front desk called to check if the room had a refrigerator as I had requested. It did not. I tried to pick up phone but it went dead. Guy brought up refrigerator and said he checked phone and it's OK. No stopper in sink. Anything could just go down into the trap. Shower drain was clogged. Up to my ankles in drain water during shower. Another visit from maintenance. Shower drain fixed but no stopper in sink. Tried to call again. Phone did not work. I gave up. Internet did not work all week. I tried to call front desk. Phone did not work. I tried to call the front desk using the number that is printed on the phone from my cell phone. That number went to a dental office. Tried again. Same dental office.They said they have notified the hotel that the number is wrong but no action has been taken. Had to go to McDonalds to get on the internet so I could get my work done. March 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Stay This was for a business trip and the first time at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. One of my top priorities for this stay was an early morning shuttle to the airport as other associates dropped me off the night before. I was pleased that this hotel offered a 24 hour shuttle. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by continental breakfast? I just think that hotels should provide a continental breakfast. They charge enough for the rooms to cover the expense of breakfast. I just think it is a little much to have a restaurant in the hotel and charge folks for breakfast. March 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Quality and friendly staff I stayed here to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. The front desk was busy when I came in, the shuttle had just arrived before me with flight crew. The front desk acknowledged my presence and kept doing so while I waited for the crew to be checked in. I went for dinner in the bar/lounge and enjoyed the meal, I would have liked a more varied menu. But what I had was good. I would stay here again March 16, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by OK room for the price The driver of the shuttle service was very nice. The desk clerk was very rude both on the phone and in person. She claimed that she would eventually add my IHG information, but never did. The front desk added the wrong information on check out, so I didn't get credit for the trip. The waitress in the bar was very friendly, not all items listed with the meals was available for service. Rib eye steak was very disappointing, had no flavor and tasted like it was pan fried. The offering was baked potato or mashed potatoes but I was told only mashed was available. March 16, 2015
