Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A little old-fashioned The hotel is a little old-fashioned. We did not have a microwave or refrigerator. There was also no continental breakfast. i assume that was because there was a restaurant, although not many people seemed to be using it. Also, the only pool was out-of-doors - not appropriate when we were there. January 4, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty, loud and unprofessional My family and I stayed here for a few days, and we hated it. There was trash in the middle of the hallways, people constantly slamming doors and running down the halls, and when housekeeping arrived, I would find them standing outside my door talking loudly and being obnoxious. They lacked professionalism. They were more focused on socializing than cleaning the rooms and hallways. There are a few good things I am able to say about this hotel. It offers a bar and dining. The staff in the dining area during breakfast was awesome. However, the bartender put a lime in my drink without asking and accused me of doing it. And when I said I didn't, she proceeded to blame my husband and made rude comments about how he should know better since he is my husband. Really? Who does that? It was inappropriate and just unprofessional to say the least. After that incident, however, she was kind and in some way tried to alleviate the situation. I think she could tell I was upset about it. The one person that I do want to recognize is Lupe. He was kind and attentive and he really tried to accommodate us with a crib. He even had it sent up to the room while we were in the dining area. You guys really need more staff like him. He was the most courteous person there. And if you could have housekeepers that were as hard working, kind and professional as your breakfast staff, your hotel would have better ratings. I was highly dissatisfied with my experience and I would not recommend your hotel to anyone. December 10, 2014
