Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty, loud and unprofessional My family and I stayed here for a few days, and we hated it. There was trash in the middle of the hallways, people constantly slamming doors and running down the halls, and when housekeeping arrived, I would find them standing outside my door talking loudly and being obnoxious. They lacked professionalism. They were more focused on socializing than cleaning the rooms and hallways. There are a few good things I am able to say about this hotel. It offers a bar and dining. The staff in the dining area during breakfast was awesome. However, the bartender put a lime in my drink without asking and accused me of doing it. And when I said I didn't, she proceeded to blame my husband and made rude comments about how he should know better since he is my husband. Really? Who does that? It was inappropriate and just unprofessional to say the least. After that incident, however, she was kind and in some way tried to alleviate the situation. I think she could tell I was upset about it. The one person that I do want to recognize is Lupe. He was kind and attentive and he really tried to accommodate us with a crib. He even had it sent up to the room while we were in the dining area. You guys really need more staff like him. He was the most courteous person there. And if you could have housekeepers that were as hard working, kind and professional as your breakfast staff, your hotel would have better ratings. I was highly dissatisfied with my experience and I would not recommend your hotel to anyone. December 10, 2014

The staff is excellent and always a pleasure to deal with, consistently friendly and willing to help in any way to make my stay better. I have stayed at a couple of other Holiday Inn hotels in the area, however this is the one I like the most. December 8, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Affordable and comfortable This was probably the most updated Holiday Inn we've stayed in so far. It sounds like the hotel underwent a recent ownership change and the new team is working hard to improve the hotel. The room was updated and comfortable. My only gripe would be that the bar was out of 3 of 4 draft beers! December 4, 2014

We choose to stay at hotels that have hallway entrances instead of outside/parking lot entrances. We feel more secure and the room is generally quieter. December 2, 2014

I usually stay at Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express, but this was first that did not include a free breakfast. The 'conservation' voucher is nice but the price for breakfast is not in line with other Holiday Inn locations. Otherwise, very nice facilities, comfortable, clean, friendly staff. December 1, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM ATTENTIVE STAFF My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. it was clean and the staff were brilliant and always courteous and helpful, even at 4am when we woke on the first morning due to our body clocks still being on British time! the food was lovely.
