Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 中规中矩的酒店 典型的假日酒店。整洁、卫生、标准化管理,服务人员都有灿烂的微笑。这个酒店地理位置不错,离阜成门地铁站很近,周围有华联大厦,购物和餐饮都还比较方便。 相对同城的假日酒店,价位比较高,这可能也是地理位置的关系。需要改进的是: 1、早餐品种单一,出品一般。其实这家酒店住宿的客人以中国人差旅为主,可以增加中餐的占比。 2、对常客的关怀不够。比如很多假日酒店给金卡,白金卡有送果盘。这家时有时无。这一点对酒店成本的影响不大,但可以更好的增加常客的忠诚度。 3、关于协议价的理解,销售、前台、客服中心不一致。比如在含宽带这一问题上,有得说含有得说不含。特别是对一家集团不同的子公司,有得含有的不含,这说不过去。让不含的人情何以堪。 December 25, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent stay if it is your first time to beijing then this hotel would be the best place to stay. the staff are friendly and willing to help. their knowledge is adequate for a first time visitor. the hotel is also very centrally located. it is close to the subway station and there are restaurants and shopping centres within a 5 min walk. rooms are quiet and comfortable. also adequately equipped. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A wonderful experience! We just had a wonderful 2 week stay in Holiday Inn Downtown, Beijing. The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely helpful. In addition, the location of the hotel is the best! It's close to subway line 2 and we used the subway to get around town. It was great! November 12, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good service, but poor maintenance The position of the hotel is at the west side of Beijing, which will be good for those who hang around at the west side. The service is good and they do pay more attention to the priority club members (I am just the lowest tier member), you will feel good about this. The hotel is not too big, you only need to take a few steps walk from the elevator to reach your room, which I really like as sometimes when you feel really tired, you don't even want to move 1 step. You won't expect for a big room, but very cozy. The only thing that I need to complain is the maintenance of the room. 1 or 2 light bulbs are out, the flush of the toilet does not work very properly. I have asked them to send the technician and the service is prompt, but the next time the problem is back again so I manage it by myself. November 8, 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A convient option The location for this property is it's greatest strength. It's right next to Fuchengmen station (line 2) with quick access to multiple transfers that will take you all over Beijing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most single travelers will be placed in functional but un-natrally small rooms that feel cramped. Public spaces are clean, gym is simplistic at best, and food in general is only average. The only weakness (if it applies) is the executive lounge, with all aspects lacking. September 22, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room cleaniness The staff may forget to clean the room while I saw a rubbish bin with full house in the mid of the room. And even the shower room has private towel left from the last guest.. That is so disgusting. After that, the staff upgrade me to executive floor which is better. And also I receive regards from duty manager. That makes me more comfortable, but that experience makes me not a enjoyable stay. September 13, 2012
