The hotel is well located for business travel in this region, but if you are a traveller, you may turn to other choices. Overall, the hotel is a good choice, staff welcoming and helpful, good for relax!

We loved our stay the the Holiday Inn Focus Square. Lots of good eating places close by along with two shopping areas. We stayed 5 nights then returned for an additional three nights after exploring other areas of China.
We did find that having a computer printed map with Holiday Inn Logo and directions written in Chinese helped when using the taxi system.
We would stay here again in a heart beat.

i am a Gold point member. Great being back and stayed on exec floor. One comment...the staff in the exec lounge is uneven...need better training , at least at breakfast time. Buffet on 6 th floor outstanding in all respects, including staff , food quality. I will be back. Thank you.

The overall experience was quite good and the value reasonable however, it this stay compared to previous stays has seen a significant deteroration in the food service in the resturante and particulary in the executive lounge. It would appear they are trying to cut cost but are definately doing it in the wrong places in this instance.

We have been in Beijing for total of 10 days for business and pleasure. Five days in the focus holiday inn hotel.
The service is great for all levels, excellent staff and Managment, ready any time to help for all needs. The rooms are very nice and comfort. The hotel location is good near shopping centers and between the center and the airport.

The Hotel itself is quite good.
BUT biggest issue is that no taxi driver in whole Beijing is able to find it - as nobody knows this hotel. Additionally to get a taxi to leave takes also mostly more than 10min.

This hotel is in a fairly new building, only a couple of yrs old. The lobby, restaurant, pool, gym & room are all in very good condition. It was definitely a relaxing stay & would always recommend.

Very nice hotel with a great staff, excellent dining facilities w/ great breakfast buffet, nice location to shopping, very nice swimming pool & exercise equipment. Only downside was controlling room temperature, was much too hot in room for several days.
