因为离出差的地方比较近所以就选了这家酒店， 晚上的happy hour全是冷餐。。。 真的没法吃。。。 那天晚上我想拿一瓶果汁回房间喝，被服务员拦下来了，告知我必须在这里喝，不让拿回房间。。。当初方恒假日的服务员主动问我要不要拿一瓶回房间，不是差这一瓶饮料，就是这服务态度让人心凉啊。。。头一天洗澡的浴服，第二天打扫完房间也没个换，要了一间新的送了半个多小时也没送来。。。我放的洗澡水都凉了。。。打电话给客房服务话没说完就被挂断了，本来打算住20个晚上 ，住了七个晚上我就换酒店了。。。

The hotel location is easy to reach, the hotel enviroment and room facilities are good for relaxing. But i think the service quality was not satisfied and need to be improved. For example, my room was in the second floor, the receptionist didn't say anything or give any direction where the room was, so the room was not easy to find, i had to ask direction to a service peopel working in beauty salon in second floor, even the receptionist didn't identify my platinum membership, and i was not given the platinum membership treatment.

Compared with other Holiday chains in Beijing, this hotel is very appealing in terms of price. Location is a plus. Bes and pillow are always excellent. Room is spacious although the tall cupboard is weird to sit next to TV. Food – average, neither launch nor breakfast buffet impressed me during stay.
Service is where Central Plaza needs to improve to match ‘Holiday’ brand. Front desk – a couple of receptionist might be new comers as they’re not proficient at check in/out process. When I walked in SALT at 1.00 pm, no waiter showed up until we walked in about 50 metres. After ordering, waitress talked with chef casually and not quietly in the open kitchen (where their conversation and laughter could be heard by customers)

I thought it was a typical Holiday Inn. The restaurant staff were extremely helpful and kind. The front desk staff were also extremely helpful and kind. It was the end of the Chinese New Year and you could hear fireworks going off all night which got a little intense at time. But the property itself was very nice.

位置不错，离爷爷家很近。大年夜带着孩子入住，房间也不错，性价比高。可能是时间不太好，赶上过年了，显得很冷清，服务人员也不是很热情。期间电梯还出现了故障，搞的很吓人。

Total four audits checked in with two rooms. My parents and my family check in on Feb 23th. My husband and I have membership in priority club. Especially I was elite and my husband was gold level. But for my convenience, the front desk waiter upgraded not only me but also my husband 's rooms. It's very sweet for us. thanks very much!

The receptionist Yolanda provide excellent help and taking care of my kids.
Room is tidy.
Food are not so good. the room service menu is poor not much choice. I was arrived ~22:000 at the new year eve, and nothing can be ordered.
The breakfast was too less choice and there were 2 mornings. most of the dishs are empty.

I have stayed in the HI central plaza for nearly a month and I am delighted to recommend this hotel to any individual who travels for business or leisure. The hotel’s staff pays extra attention to service and efficient assistance with just about anything you can come up with. Check-in is fast, the room is clean and the hotel’s staff is very friendly. Never in my life have I encountered such service awareness as I have in the HI central plaza. I was amazed to find out that some hotels still treat their guests as we were to be their own friends...
Most of the hotel’s workers speak reasonable English (which is priceless in China) while most of the executive staff speaks fluent English.
The hotel is not located in the center but you can get a taxi in just a few minutes from requiring it. It is located in a residential area, hence - there are supermarkets, restaurants, tobacco shops and pharmacies right across the street. By taxi - you can reach the Forbidden City, temple of heaven or the ice skating center (hou-hai – a lovely colorful area with shops and bars open till very late at night) within 20 minutes and less.
Therefore - I would definitely return to the HI central plaza on my next visit in Beijing.

I stayed at this hotel for 19 nights. The quality of service and care is exceptional and has exceeded my expectation. Somehow I can still remember the names of the staff that I met. This is really the first as I seldom remember people names. In this occasion, it is not difficult since the staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. My room is immaculate, spacious and extremely comfortable. Before my stay I was a bit apprehensive as I read about other guests' reviews commenting specifically relating to the location. But I find it is so easy to get a taxi at any time so long as you avoid coming back and going out during the rush hours. A good location if you want to stay away from all the hustle and bustle tourist places. I find the location the least polluted. There is a nearby bus stop with frequent buses to a different numbers of subway stations. All in all I will go back and stay in this hotel again, I will recommend my friends if they are having a longer stay in Beijing so they can chill at this hotel.

In this trip, I stayed 5 nights at this hotel. As a platinum member, I have no surprise that they upgraded my room to the club floor but with free access to the club lounge as well, which other Holiday Inn hotels do not offer. I appreciated that. Because the weather is very cold and dry, after the staff knew I was not feeling well and I felt dry, they helped me to buy lips lotion, put a steam generator in my room and a nice Singaporean internship passed me some Panadol. I appreciated all these unexpected services. The breakfast is good at the lobby with many choices - anyway, simple breakfast to me is good enough. The room is of course very big, and comfortable. I slept very well with the bedding. The only thing I don't like is the location. It is quite far from the nearby subway stations, taking me more than 30min fast walk. It is not easy to catch taxis and it is not easy for tourists like us to tell the drivers clearly the location of the hotel. I would suggest the hotel to seriously consider having a shuttle bus running between the hotel and the subway station. it does not have to be frequent e.g. 2-3 trips in the morning and 2-3 trips in the evening. At least the guests have more choices and can manage their own time to catch the shuttle bus. Seriously I had to walk back to hotel a few times because I could not find any taxis at all. If location is not a concern to you, I highy recommend this hotel to you.

Our meals were excellent , rooms and bed were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly and attentive. One member of the concierge team in particular went out of his way to make our stay a very satisfying one.

I loved the hotel, the bed, room, pillows were all so comfortable. The staff in general were very friendly and helpful with the exception of the reception staff. I found them to be rude and everytime I asked a question or for assistance it was as if I was inconveniencing them. Quite a pity considering they are the 'frontmen' for this hotel.
Other than that, it was lovely and worth every penny!
