Nice hotel, friendly reception with checkin. Automatically recognized and upgraded as I am Platinum member.
The executive floor beverages and snacks were very disappointing as was the breakfast at executive floor.
The internet in the room is not that good and the airconditioning you cannot control the fan, so cold air is seeping in your room very slow so it gives you a warm feeling, not comfortable to sleep.
All in all just ok, but below Holiday Inn standards, 2 nights before I stayed in Holiday Inn Express Minzuyuan which was a much better experience.

酒店有高标准的房间、睡床和枕头。服务4分，餐厅服务员对于国内宾客的服务意识有待提高。位置不错，但是高峰期间德胜门附近非常拥堵。总之是一个让人满意的住宿体验。

The staff solved my problems efficient. My priority points were not enough to stay in this hotel. They allowed me to use my daughter's points and made it real. I appreciate their services.
The breakfast in this hotel is wonderful. Good quality food.

The staff here is very kind and always get ready to help us. The newspaper everyday is given on time never delayed. And this is the first hotel I received a 'thank you' letter from the cleaner after I gave the tips. However, the sink and the shower area are too small. Anyway, this is a recommended hotel.

Business Stay in Beijing Deshengmen. Warm and friendly welcome at the front Desk. The Club Floor have everything you need on a business trip. Club Longe is very nice and the staff also very helpfull. Outstanding is the Concierge Team ! The arrange you the impossible, even send you by Hotel car to the Subway if no Taxi is available or does not want to go the short distance. Thank you very much for this !
So take care to plan some time to find a taxi in during the rush hours specially in the Morning as the Subway is 20 minutes walk away.
Overall a great stay. It seems that Holiday Inn becomes my favourit IHG Brand.

IF YOU ARE REALLY INTERESTED IN THE EXPLORING OF BEIJING'S UNIQUE HUTONGS OR THE FANTASTIC LAKEVIEWS LIKE HOUHAI AREA, THIS HOTEL IS A CONVENIENT CHOICE FOR YOU. I HAVE TO PRAISE THE WARMTH OF THE ROOM STAFF. THEY ARE REALLY CONSIDERATE AND THEY SHOWED QUICK RESPONSE TO MY TINY NEEDS DURING MY SHORT STAY.
