Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by the executive lounge closed early when i tried to have some snacks there at 9 pm, the staff just told me there is nothing to eat just wine. and when i tried to request some wine, she then replied we are closing. however, the front desk staff are nice and helpful. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 设施一般,服务态度差 设施一般,服务态度差。前台服务员好像是没有培训过的新手,checkin花了大约十五分钟,沟通好像听不懂。还有一个人直接把给我办理入住的服务员叫去做别的事情了。 另外,健身房很小不说,服务员居然跑上来说你需要轻点,不要把机器搞坏了,奇葩呀! March 17, 2014

Everybody at this hotel always makes a big effort to ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and that's why I stay here every time I have business in Beijing. The pillows are comfortable, but one thing i have to mention is that when my neighboor talks, I can hear them. The whisper made me hard to fall asleep.
