I still do not get it : I reserve through the IHG website, they great me as a IHG member, they send me the review email, though.... No points, no nights on my account. How is this possible ? Rooms are nice, check in was efficient, check out was a nightmare. Not in the right currency, took forever in the exec lounge and was billed in the wrong currency, no IHG points. Food is also terrible. I tried the restaurant on the first floor and the food in the lounge. This was my 3rd stay and I do not book again as long as they do not add my IHG points. November 8, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by quality has deteriorated from previous stays Hotel is in great location and the hotel staff are still as nice as before; the common areas seemed to be similar as before except it wasn't as spotless as before. I am wondering if the management at this hotel had changed recently, or the hotel management policy had changed, or just the cleaning crew had changed. We had noticed debris around the front entrance that weren't cleaned out during the 3 days we stayed there. We noticed the aquarium in the ground floor restaurant is all green and full of algea; poor fish must be having trouble breathing. The bathroom counter in my room was sticky and dirty, the cleaning staff didn't seemed to have cleaned that out. Same for the debris on the bathroom floor. Bedroom was clean though at least. The hotel did not turn on the heat during this late October stay; the room temperature was around 17-18C the whole time, with just cold air circulating. The hotel staff had to bring me a plug in heater to warm up the room. October 30, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Awesome Hotel I would very highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this part of Beijing. The room rate, with free breakfast buffet and internet, is unbeatable. The rooms are clean, quiet, and spacious. The staff are so nice and responsive. The lobby is gorgeous and the hotel itself is within walking distance to many offices, restaurants, and the subway. Definitely would only stay at this CP is I'm in Beijing again. I love this place! October 19, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 实在奇葩的皇冠之旅 先从入住开始讲,前台分配了一间正在维修的房间,而这间房间正是上一个客人发现问题并换房留下的,没有想到我又轮上了,耽误了我一些时间。后来酒店给我升级了行政房,算是弥补。但是更奇葩的事情在后面,我7天内从来没有结过账,但是在最后一天结账时竟然被告知,中途我已经结过账了,而这几天正好手机坏了,没有收到通知短信。莫名其妙钱就这么被划走了,幸好在结账的时候再核对了一下网上银行账单,否则要重复付款了。皇冠出这样的事情也挺让我感觉到不可思议。资金在这里太危险了。 September 30, 2014

Evening dining is lacking so plan on going out but don't count on the Concierge assisting you if you don't speak Mandarin. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 需要提高服务质量 连续两次打电话订酒店碰到所谓的实习生接电话,简单的一个订房,需要连续的说明。一次是在上海,一次就是在中关村了。另外就是两次在中关村酒店遇到没有欢迎水果的情况,这在其它洲际的酒店从来没有遇到过,难道是中关村皇冠假日对IHG白金的待遇更改了吗?我相信是因为从开始在会员识别上就出现了问题。 目前已经比较多的去选择SPG了,希望IHG能够提高一下自己的服务质量,尤其是订房部门。作为每次入住的第一个环节,考虑的全了,就能为后面的环节带来很多的便利。这点SPG做的确实不错。 August 28, 2014
