Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing I am an American that has traveled all over the world. I grew up with Holiday Inn Hotels in the US and when I first traveled into Serbia in 2010 I stayed at the Holiday Inn. The Hotel, Restaraunt, Fitness Center, Steam, Sauna, ICE ROOM, all of it Amazing and the Staff was probably the most professional I have ever met. I have stayed at this hotel everytime I pass through Belgrade and I wish that all Holiday Inn Hotels were as comfortable, eco friendly, clean and pleasant as this one. Hats off to the Managment at Holiday Inn Belgrade and thank you for the excellent service. See you real soon. Respects and Regards March 15, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Above Holiday Inn standard A very good hotel. Pity patrons smoke everywhere despite the no smoking signs! That is a very bad downside of this very good hotel. Also, some of the staff don't speak or understand English. January 21, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by the place to be in belgrade Holiday inn belgrade is new and welcome. located in new belgrade it is the place to sleep in belgrade. Price paid was unbeatable for the level of service received. i was welcomed as platinum member, my room was upgraded to a exectuve one with lots of stuff free from the minibar. The only drawback was the bar located in the lobby that was not able to serve a couple of drinks in list due to the lack of ingredients. January 13, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by The closer you look, the worse it gets :-( Absolute lack of attention to details. Many small things that make your stay annoying. Much worse then average Holiday Inn experience. Examples of issues: - customer sarvice at the breakfast, really hard to get some good coffee - cumbersome remote control for TV (con not change screen proportions, cannot skip to channel number, just +/- buttons working) - burned carpet in non-smoking room - room service leaving dirty glassess untouched on a table - noisy room - thin walls, you can hear people next door talking - big stream of bird dried excrements on a window, really big and old, running from top of the window to bottom obscuring the view. Obviously the window was not cleaned for weeks maybe months. - smoking alowed in the lobby. If you don't smoke ... - smoking alowed in the restaurant. If you don't smoke ... - staff surprised that you have requests, I had an constant impression that they make me a favour with anything I asked - you ask for espresso - no eye contact, no smile - noisy air conditioning in room - many small cracks, stains, gaps on room walls, finish - looks like they used good materials but nobody cared about quality of craftsmanship. It is really a pity how this hotel was finished. What a waste. - hotel looks good from outside but when you get closer it gets worse and worse - unpleasant, cold lobby area. It looks rather like train station not a hotel lobby. Good sides: - WiFi and cable Internet working very good - elevators are fast, no waiting in a hall - nice outside look Conclusion: Too expensive for the quality. For the price I paid I could easily get CrownPlaza in Brussels or Istanbul. Go figure. October 18, 2012
