"Home, sweet home". That's it.
For all the rest in this hotel you can find all you need to feel you comfortable as at home.
I am now living there since some months and i can say i was surprised about my capability to accept this kind of life #far from home, in hotel# after several years of doing this life in the past.
The staff make you feeling very good, available for all your needs and always smiling and this is, for a long stay, one of the most valuable thing.
The service is great, maybe they could change a bit the menu of the room service but this is a detail, really.
I am a traveller since 1985 and i can say that for a lot of reasons this hotel is the most comfortable situation and solution you can find, at least in the CEE.

The Holiday Inn Belgrade is not a 4-star hotel, despite being priced like one. Do not expect a bellboy to help you with your luggage, because there isn't one. Do not expect to be able to adjust the air conditioning in your room, because you can't. Do not expect Western standards because this is really just a Balkan hotel charging Western European prices. Stay somewhere else instead, either at one of the many real 4-star hotels in Belgrade, or stay at a 3-star hotel that charges 3-star prices.

This my my first visit to Serbia and so also to this hotel. From the moment I checked-in until the moment I left, virtually everything about the stay was superb. I have been a Priority Club member for over 10 years and I can't remember ever meeting a team of staff so friendly and happy and dedicated to customer experience. The reception team, including a trainee, were all very helpful and went out of their way to offer local assistance.
The bar and restaurant staff were outstanding and the level of service was like a five-star restaurant. I'd highly recommend you use the hotel's breakfast service - its a brilliant way to start the day and far better than most Holiday Inn breakfasts I have experienced.
The hotel itself was very well equipped and comfortable. They have provided digital tablets you can use in the bar and there's a bank machine and a games area - little extras that made me feel at home.
The only area that could be looked at for improvement was the standard of sleep in the morning - on both mornings I was a guest, the housekeeping team began cleaning adjacent rooms quite early and they were loud. Moving furniture, slamming doors and talking to each other and this woke me up quite early. This wasn't a big complaint and I didn't speak to anyone about it but if the housekeeping team had been a little quieter this would have been a perfect night's sleep.
I can't recommend the property highly enough - the service I experienced should be used as a model from which all of the other Holiday Inns can learn what outstanding service is. Thank you to all of the team for an amazing trip.

It's always a treat. I even went over the edge this time and played the Playstation in the lobby for two hours :) The staff is great, they're always trying to remember my name, the breakfasts are awesome... 5 stars, definitely.
