I had a good experience on my recent trip to this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and my room was nice and clean and comfortable.

Staff at front desk needs a lesson in customer service and friendliness. Do not go out of their way to be helpful. Elevator had vomit on wall - told front desk clerk 3 times. (2 different ladies) Was still there when we checked out.
Hotel is close to casino - yet there is not shuttle service. This would be an extra perk for guests.
Restaurant was understaffed both for dinner and breakfast. If you didn't pay attention to your bill they would charge you for kids meals. This happened twice.
I doubt I would ever stay there again.

I had to stay here after my Lasik surgery about 2 miles away. The Drs had recommended a hotel within walking distance, but the reviews were mixed and it was slightly more expensive. I have stayed at Holiday Inn in several different states and even overseas, and have NEVER had a problem with cleanliness or comfort. I was not disappointed when I checked into this hotel.
I arrived earlier than expected, and was worried about being able to check in early. However, the front desk did not hesitate to accomadate an early check-in, no questions, no hassles. I pretty much went straight to bed, with my teary eyes. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
The hotel is within walking distance to a few restaurants, and the casino. I think there was also a restaurant on site, and a decent sized dining area in the lobby, but I wanted to get some fresh air.
