This hotel was a huge disappointment for the money. Firstly THERE IS NO ELEVATOR so don't bring any luggage with you! The rooms are outdated, the walls and carpet in the hallway are dirty and the baseboard is detached from the walls. The restaurant and bar area are not welcoming and have inadequate food choices for a decent meal.

NO elevator and rooms can be down a long hallway! way to far to carry lots of luggage and stuff!!! VERY inconvenient!

Best hotel we have stayed at in Bensalem. The rooms were very pretty, clean and comfortable. The rates were great and the location was perfect for shopping, restaurants, casino and very convenient to downtown Philadelphia. It was everything we could expect, not to mention the hotel staff was the most helpful and pleasant would definitely stay at this hotel again. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND SUPER NICE PEOPLE. Thank you.

making the reservation were easy. check in with the front desk clerk, she was friendly and quick. the room was clean and nice temperature so that we could settle in. the hotel is located in a great spot to get to things in the area.

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn hotels in the past and find them to be a pleasure. Not this one , the room was not clean , there was a lot of noise from other guests and people in the parking lot which had me concerned for my vehicle. Did not get much rest. My wife and I were booked to stay for three nights and left early on the first morning . We will not be back !

I meant to book at the Holiday Inn on Bristol Pike, and picked this place instead. Seemed like truck stop. Room was NOT very clean. Hair in the sink. Just bad overall.

The Room Service at this property was the only draw back. The staff delivering the meal was excellent. They got the order wrong and the presentation left much to be desired. The quality of the food was good and they did correct the bill for receiving the wrong food.
The breakfast the next morning in the restaurant was very good and the service excellent.
Other than this this is a fine property. Basic conclusion just don't order room service everything else is great.

Housekeeping was outstanding. The hotel on a whole was very clean. The room was exceptionally clean!!! The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. Very good place to stay!!

The front desk was very helpful with local information and the process of checking in. TJ helped me out very much from fixing a small issue in the room to local guides like how to get yo parx casino and which restaurants to eat around the area. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

I still don't understand to this day why there are Holiday Inns that need renovations. This is supposed to be the flagship brand of IHG.... on top of that - no benefits to being a IHG platinum member. My room was at the end of an EXTREMELY LONG hallway that looked like something out of the movie "The Shining" CREEPY.
This place needs more than a facelift....

Great water pressure, good hair dryer. Bed was reasonably comfortable, half size pillows don't work for an adult head. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

this hotel is located just outside of the city, great access getting on and off of the highways and a short commute to the city is even better, best hotel we have found near the phili area. with a couple of great restaurants nearby,

Most uncomfortable pillows I've experienced. Basically the size of an average sofa throw pillow, they are near impossible to keep under your head, rendering a near sleepless night.

My daughter and I stay at this Holiday Inn every year, for the past 6 years, in order to Christmas shop at the nearby mall. Every year we are greeted warmly, given choice of rooms, and have a wonderful time.
The rooms are always immaculate. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. All requests are met with earnest attempts to comply.
I would, and have, recommend this hotel to others.

The young man that greeted me on this visit was warm, helpful & acknowledge my IHG status. The location is close to Parx Casino; local stores were easy to access as well.

Unplanned trip to Philly from Memphis due to death in family was made less stressful because of our stay at this Hotel. One staff member in particular went out of her way to help us. She also made the call to book the next hotel (Holiday Inn) on our return trip home. I can't remember her name but she was on duty the morning of Nov. 26, 2013. She deserves a promotion!

We had a great stay there that started at check-in. The front desk person offered us a late checkout, which we couldn't use, but was surprised because you usually have to ask for it. As part of the romantic getaway package we got a nice gift given and our restaurant vouchers and were told we could get our meals in room which was nice. The food was very good and we were impressed. The room was great. The whirlpool was fantastic. Recently we stayed at a nearby hotel which is famous for romantic rooms and jacuzzis but I have to say that this hotel was so much better. I would come back for a nite out anytime. The only thing was there is no table in the room so we had to eat our food on the bed. Overall if I had to choose to go to that "Inn" nearby for a romantic evening or here I would definitely come here.

The room smelled like a smoking room, even though it was non-smoking. Shower head leaked badly, dripping water onto the faucet, which then splashed all over the floor, because the shower curtain didn't cover the entire length of shower. Carpets needed cleaned. They advertised satellite TV or digital cable TV on the website, however none of the digital channels worked. Missed Monday Night Football because they did not have ESPN. Several network channels were also missing. I guess this is what $100 per night gets you in the Philly area.

Our stay was very short (in late at night and out before dawn the next day) so amenities weren't terribly important. However, we had forgotten our toothbrushes and we were supplied new ones within minutes of our call to the front desk. We did not purchase breakfast with our reservation but the girls were perfectly content with the Dunkin' Donuts right next door. The beds were very comfortable and the heater pleasantly silent. The air was fresh (not stale) which was a big plus! We would have preferred a few extra blankets.

Although the room was good, the refrig in room 115 made a ticking sound that could be heard late at night. I informed the front. Other than that everything was good. Please be advised that the motel does not have an elevator. .

I travel frequently enough to earn Platinum Elite status and being a Platinum member for years upon checking in at a numerous IHG brand hotels I usually get offered a free breakfast coupon(not including Express hotels) or drink coupon. I do know some states will not allow this. But at this hotel in Bensalem they will offer breakfast coupons to anybody BUT THE PLATINUM / PLATINUM ELITE members...people that stay with IGH hotels on a regular basis are exempt from this...I know it sounds petty...but earning over 200k point a year with them and to her .'We cant give you that because you are Platinum Elite" sounds a little bogus to me. I would think twice about staying here again!!

I have recently left other hotel chains and began staying at the Holiday Inn after a great experience in a different city. This hotel was not up to standards. I was on a business call when dogs started barking in the hall and the room next to me. When I called the front desk they said they have a dog show staying at the hotel. Really?! I had to ask for a different room, it wasn't offered and neither was helping me movie my items.
Breakfast was not any better. We had to wait 20 minutes to put in our order. There were two other small groups in the restaurant. Bottom line, this hotel is not business friendly.

We stayed overnight for a wedding. The bartender Ryan was wonderful- he was friendly and we were surprised that he was there Friday night and then bright and early Saturday morning to recomend breakfast. He clearly enjoys his job and meeting people as he is very engaging and a positive reflection on your establishment. I skeeve most hotels but I would stay here again.
