The hotel is clean, cared for and presentable, clearly primarily a business hotel. It was comfortable in general, and breakfast was more than adequate. The WiFi, however, was patchy at best, and the speeds when available were terrible. The pillows in the room were appalling, but they were easily replaced the next day at least. Apart from an initially unstocked minibar, there were no real problems.

No es la primera vez que me hospedo ahí, y siempre es lo mismo, nunca entienden las reservas teniamos una habitación sencilla y una doble y colocaron 3 camas en cada una,
Fue muy incomodo, por otro lado el personal siempre es bastante engreido y desatendido, jamás te pueden dar información que necesitas y no son nada atentos.
Nos gusta este hotel por la cercania que tiene y la disponibilidad del metro a unos cuantos pasos, pero desgraciadamente el servicio que da es pesimo, deberian de cambiar el personal por gente más amable y que hable correctamente los idiomas, pues nada más se desentienden de lo que les pides.

I only stayed here one night, but I wasn't impressed with the hotel. First, parking is a mess. Second, the revolving door wasn't working, and trying to maneuver my luggage into the hotel wasn't easy. I was quite impressed with the reception staff!!! They were very polite, very professional, and honestly, the highlight of the stay. The room...I felt like I was walking into a Holiday Inn of 'old'...and by old, I mean the stigma that we in the U.S. used to associate with Holiday Inns. I know I'm only a "Gold" member, but putting me in the room furthest away from the elevator, c'mon!!!! Compared to the one I stayed in #Poland# for the 14 previous nights and this one, it was like checking into a very, very, very low-budget hotel.
I went to the bar area for dinner...it wasn't that busy, yet the servers walked by me several times for at least 20 minutes...before even asking if I wanted something to drink or eat. In the past 12 months, I have stayed in 3 Holiday Inns...this one #for one night#, Oceanside, CA #for several nights over multiple stays#, and the one in Bydgoszcz, Poland #for several nights over multiple stays#, and I have to say, given the choice, I won't stay in this one again. The only benefit I had staying here is its close to the airport.
