Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall great stay with a few suggestions I always stay at the Holiday Inn when I visit Billings, Montana for either my Bible conventions, shopping, and/or mothers doctor's appointments which is usually every few months since I am traveling from Sidney about four hours away. The only major problem was the fact that we had to request clean sheets. Our sheets had a questionable substance on them. As well, the lounging chair also had a questionable stain. Also on the ceiling there was a questionable dried up stain. We tried to not complain about too much. But were thoroughly disguisted. We had traveled so far and just want to get some rest. There was also things behind the dresser with the lamp near the bed. We tried to ignore it. I also felt very bad for the maintaince guy. We stayed on the side of the hotel on the second floor with no elevator. I know my room and one other room on my floor had to request a fridge and we both stayed on a top level floor. The guy was very nice about bringing us a fridge, then a microwave, and clean sheets (two times). When I originally booked the room on-line I was able to get two out of the four request I had. After I called to receive them. But other than that Jason and I believe the new guy's name was Mike were very nice and accommodating. Jason, Mike, and the maintenance guy deserve a little reward. Unfortunately, I did notice that two other front desk persons thought that sending the maintenance guy back and forth to get fridges, microwaves, and other items requested by guest was funny. The literally laughed when they had to page him for the third time, because I had just walked up when they were getting off the phone with two guests. By the time the guy made it to my room he was obviously tired and a bit musty but that was expected. April 30, 2015

This young lady took my reservation by phone, remembered me the next day and had everything in order. She was professional, sharp and attentive. You could tell she actually wanted you to enjoy your stay. What a great young hire you have here! Thanks again Marissa! Hotel was nice too. April 28, 2015
