Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Really old hotel This hotel needs renovation ASAP! The heat/cooling system didn't work properly in the room and we kept freezing/being too hot all night. Also, the beds are completely old and slept through, rooms are dark and in need of serious refurbishing. Both my wife and I are IHG platinum members, and have stayed at many IHG properties. This one is not only up to any of the IHG standards, they also hardly even recognize that IHG rewards program exists. March 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good room I always travel with my parrot and this hotel is the one we stay at when we're in Billings. It's a nice hotel and very comfortable, and in my opinion has the best front desk staff in Billings. The customer service can't be beat! I do however think the rooms are rather expensive for the amenities provided. They're outdated and for the price I paid I could have stayed at a truly spectacular room somewhere else. But the folks at the Grand have always treated Akasha and me right, and I am loyal to truly excellent customer service. March 14, 2015
