I frequent Holiday Inn quite a bit and always very pleased , however this hotel was a big big disappointment. The power went out for three hours, phones did not work, the emergency lights did not work leaving guests to stumble around in the dark. Unable to take a shower due to no lights in the bathroom.
Checked out with other angry guests and requested management contact me, talked to some assist manager via phone who could not answer my questions, requested the GM contact me and never heard from him. Wow !

not totaly happy but basicaly ok they did have large covention type thing going on at the time will bewatching to see if next stay improves

The hotel is very nice for the price. However, this is my 4th stay at this hotel and the business accommodations are less than desireable at the backside of the building. It takes a considerably long walk to reach the bar, swimming pool, and fitness areas so I often never go there. The hallway and room also have a disctinclty musty odor, probably due to the fact there are no windows that open and no fan in the bathroom. Overall the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was adequately clean, and the wi-fi was strong. The carpet had grease stains on and the couch was marked up in ballpoint pen. I have stayed in cleaner rooms at this hotel.

Pillows hard but bed comfortable. Staff was helpful in finding way around Conference facilities.

The staff was very disappointing in handling problems. Hotel needs a lot of updating and cleaning. Wouldn't recommend and certainly won't be staying here in the future.

The hotel appeared to need more staff and/or some renovations and steam cleaning of the hall, lobby and room carpets. More training for the cleaning staff also might be in order, as we had to make special calls to the front desk for replenishment of hand soap, tissues and emptying trash cans during the daily maid service. Carpets were not vacuumed, bathroom floors were not swept or cleaned daily. No ice was ever available at the ice machines; they were always marked "out of order". We finally requested ice be brought to our room, and they did so within 20 minutes. Electrical outlets did not work in the bathroom so we had to move our luggage and ourselves (no assistance was available) to a different part of the hotel with no elevator access... and we were on the second floor. The 2-story waterfall in the lobby that is shown online appears to have been out of order for quite some time. Friendly front desk personnel for the most part. Shuttle service was on time and pleasant.
