Some lights were out in parking lot and they should be replaced as this hotel is in a very questionable part of town. (not a good area) hotel stay was fine, just would not stay here again. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Worst IHG property I've ever stayed at!!! First off I am a very loyal IHG customer. This hotel was filthy dirty, from the hallway carpeting to the room carpeting. The bed was broken and also not a king as stated on the bill. The bed was a queen size setting on a king size frame and headboard. The AC did not work at all. The fan ran but no AC. the room was miserable all night, I got little to no sleep because of the room temp. There were no other king suites available, so I was stuck in that room. Very disappointed, and will not stay at this facility again. August 24, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Business Trip Hotel needs to be refreshed. A complete remodel is needed for the rooms. I was on 8th floor facing the intersection and all night there were loud cars and trucks waking me up. Carpet looks like it hasn't been replaced or cleaned in 10 years, same with wallpaper and paint.
