This is a great hotel and this is one of the friendliest HIs i have stayed in. The food in marcos is great, the staff are very attentive. The breakfast buffet has a very good range of foods and is kept well stocked throughout service. The rooms are very spacious and clean, even though the hotel is next to the airport the rooms are surprisingly quiet. Great location to get to work. Will Continue to stay here. October 2, 2015

Rather than price gouge because we were in a bind, Holiday Inn allowed a slightly early check-in and upgraded the room for our troubles. Thanks Holiday Inn! September 20, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient location One night stay prior to flying out from the airport the next morning. Sadly, the room service food (burger) was spoilt by being woefully overcooked. The room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. More information could have been made available within the rooms about services available, e.g. shuttle bus times. I had to ring reception to found out this type of information. They did deal with any such request efficiently though. September 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Night before early flight Poor night's sleep due to knowing I had to get up before 5 am - with fear of sleeping through the alarm. The shuttle from the train station was OK but had a bit of a wait. Morning shuttle failed but a replacement taxi was provided. Not sure the expense was worth it just to be at the airport early. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst service EVER Upon arrival, the venue was great and the suite was great, I was really looking forward to the stay, the whole thing was soon let down by the worst service I have ever had in any hotel worldwide. My children had to wait over 1.5 hours for lunch, they ran out of food at breakfast, the evening dinner was waiter-ed by what appeared to be school children, deserts came nearly 3 hours after entering the restaurant - My wife a pescetarian, was given chicken as a starter but told it was fish, they were understaffed and badly prepared, I would speed up driving past this hotel just to pass bad memories of the service faster, If your thinking of staying here don't - you will waste so much time - they could not event print a receipt of my bill. Still any hotel from here on will be a step up. September 17, 2015
