We stay in this hotel one night - family room - platinum card member. We were very pleased by the welcoming staff and the information provided. Easy free car park. Very close to the city centre. We did not take the breakfast, 16 euros per person ... and decided to get some lovely croissants and pains au chocolat from a patisserie nearby.

Dear Priority Club members, please have a look to your account after your stay at this hotel: all my 4 stays at HI Blois were considered by local staff as NON QUALIFYING stays (including best flexible and advance saver rates)! A missing points claims is mandatory...

Hotel was clean, comfortable and very adequately met our requirements. Staff were helpful and parking was easy. Hotel is in a safe area and town centre is in easy walking distance. Everything made for relaxing visit to Blois - a town we liked very much.

great location near Blois centre,5 mins walk. Ample car parking on site. Delightfull receptionist who greeted us with a big smile and then told us all about the hotel. When my limited french ran out she switched into perfect english. A map of Blois and local information given including details of local marathon next day and which roads closed. Comfortable,clean room. We ate in restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service.

A pleasant break with welcoming staff. The food was adequate and the accommodation comfortable.
However, 3 complaints regarding our room were met with sympathy by the reception staff but nothing was done to correct the problems.
