I travel enough that they remember my name, face and greet me before looking at my paperwork. They are always prompt to resolve an issue and attentive to my needs. The hotel has recently been renovated so everything is new and clean. Just an outstanding experience. April 25, 2016

As long as I have a comfortable bed to rest on and have reliable WiFi I am pretty happy, and they had both here. Also the complementary shuttle to the airport was a plus. April 15, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service We stayed at this hotel on April 1-3. The new renovated rooms are beautiful and I have to say this hotel has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The staff is friendly and internet was fast. I had stayed here last year and voiced a concern which was immediately taken care of. Michelle really cares about her customers and wants her hotel to be a great experience to all. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service; up to date room; plenty of electrical outlets! Customer service was wonderful. They allowed me to check in early. Not actually able to get to my room but giving me the keys and storing my luggage. I was a little disappointed when my keys to my room did not work the second day of my stay. The front desk quickly took care of this. Suggestions: real coffee cups in the rooms for the morning coffee. The temperature of the room seemed to have a wide variance before the heat would kick in. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by crackling heater - no mobile internet Staff was super friendly. Room was updated with nice wood floors. Spacious room with a nice, big bed. Couldn't get the wifi to work on my phone. Paper in room said additional equipment is needed. May be for laptops only. The heater would make a crinkling noise like a fire or crunching paper in between times when the fan would blow heat. My wife said it would be nice if there was a thinner, softer pillow for her. We could hear the kids in the next room through the door that connects the two rooms. Those issues weren't that big of a deal since we were only staying one night so I didn't bring them up to the staff. Overall, despite these minor flaws, it was fine and we'd stay there again. Good location near the airport. It seems like they are trying hard to make the place nice. March 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST-VERY DISAPPOINTING THE HOTEL WAS UNDERGOING RENOVATIONS WHICH WAS NOT AN ISSUE AT ALL. THE ROOMS WERE NICELY DECORATED AND CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. MY ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT IS THAT THIS IS THE FIRST HOLIDAY INN THAT WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT THAT DID NOT OFFER COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. AND THEY DID NOT OFFER ANYTHING DIFFERENT THAN ANY OTHER HOLIDAY INN. SO A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THAT, DID NOT FEEL THAT WHAT WAS OFFERED WAS WORTH $9.99.OUR ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT March 29, 2016
