The air in the room is just terrible and makes the nights very long.
The rest of the hotel is OK

From the moment I walked into the lobby I was impressed with the facility and the hotel staff the room was very clean and the indoor pool and hot tub really made our visit

Will continue to stay. Staff very attentive. reservations easy to make. Manager on site each time I check in.
Company uses the hotel often for business in the area.
Would expand the menu.

We were disappointed with this hotel. They did not have a breakfast and offered a coupon for the resterant next door. The service was very poor and very slow. We ordered and waited over 30 minutes with no breakfast! We left and informed the hotel staff that we were very dissatisfied. They told us there was nothing they could do! Very poor customer service.

Bright light shining through widow (even when covered) plus outside noise made sleeping difficult.

Good hotel for the money. Recommend not getting a room right up front by front desk. Too bright and a bit noisy.

I stay at this hotel when ever I am in Blytheville. I have never had an unpleasant experience and will continue to stay here when I am in town.
