Upon check in the staff person at the front desk was not concerned about resolving my issue with the room I had reserved,she was very rude but overall the stay was fair,the price is a bit high for Boardman I have stayed in nicer hotels in major cities and didn't pay this much per night.

We had made our reservations 2 months prior for a room with two beds, upon arriving, we were told our room was not what we had requested and what was indicated on our reservation email(2 beds), they tried to give us a king bed and a pull out couch when we arrived. Making it known that that would not be acceptable, the front desk staff made sure to correct their error. Oher than that this hotel is fantastic; very clean and high on class, we hope to stay there again next year; this was our second time to stay at this hotel.

Outstanding hotel with great service. Rooms and facilities were clean and well kept. Kids enjoyed the pool area. Several great restaurants within walking distance (several right across the street). Plan on staying here again next year.

We stayed two nights as we were attending the Jr High State Championships at Covelli Center in Youngstown. Nice stay, pool large and quiet. Hotel was quiet (you would have never known they were booked full, especially with jr high wrestlers and their families being a large of part it). Stayed there two years ago for a baseball tournment and was very happy to go back and stay at the same hotel for wrestling tournament.

No hesitation on being a returning visitor to this exceptionally clean hotel with friendly staff! Second year in a row we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Boardman (Youngstown) and have had NO complaints. Many thanks to the staff for making our stay enjoyable!
