We stayed two nights as we were attending the Jr High State Championships at Covelli Center in Youngstown. Nice stay, pool large and quiet. Hotel was quiet (you would have never known they were booked full, especially with jr high wrestlers and their families being a large of part it). Stayed there two years ago for a baseball tournment and was very happy to go back and stay at the same hotel for wrestling tournament.

No hesitation on being a returning visitor to this exceptionally clean hotel with friendly staff! Second year in a row we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Boardman (Youngstown) and have had NO complaints. Many thanks to the staff for making our stay enjoyable!

I have stayed here over 30 times, and it gets better every time. Everyone on the staff is pleasant and friendly and willing to help you if needed. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. Keep up the good work.

I have stayed twice at this Inn. It is clean and comfortable. We had to ask for microwave and fridge this time, and they were brought in a prompt and friendly manner. I used the hot tub and it was very relaxing.
However, I called late in the day to get our room cleaned and the employee that came acted as if it was an imposition and made me feel guilty for asking.
I complained at the front desk and was given a free breakfast for the next morning.
I feel the hotel pricing is too high considering you can go to competitors for the same price or less and get breakfast.
On the whole I would rate this hotel average.

This where I always stay when I near Youngstown . The accomodations are excellent , The Bar and Food is always good . I am to get my work done , the Internet is good .
It is a very good value for travelers .

Best Holiday Inn I've stayed at. The service was awesome from the Hotel Manager (Mike), who truly accomodated our large party--4 rooms--18 people & lots of kids), to the restaraunt to the entire staff. Highly recommend this Hotel. Thanks again !

Overall this hotel was very nice. The restaurant was terrific and the service was exceptionally friendly and attentive for both breakfast and dinner. We chose this hotel to stay overnight on a long drive because of the large pool and spacious pool deck (not just a pool surrounded by 4 walls like most hotels these days.) Well, the pool area was very large and comfortable, and the pool was big enough to please my 3 kids, but they need to adjust the temperatures. The pool itself was too cold - I wouldn't get in. The hot tub was so hot that another guest was going outside and scooping snow to add to the water! That is the only complaint I had; everything else was great.

I have spent many nights in this Holiday Inn and have enjoyed them all. The service has consistently been very good. this is my only choice when staying in the Youngstown area.

We stay at this hotel 1- 2 times every year. It is always available for us with any needs we request. The staff from the front desk to the house keepers are extremely friendly and helpful. It is a home away from home for us. We have stayed in hotels all across the country and yet this Holiday Inn is home.

Great people and great location. I love the pool - big enough to do laps. And the great ice cream store next to the hotel - fantastic!

The Holiday Inn Boardman has been renovated and is a beautiful facility and has a great location surrounded by restaurants and the Mall is nearby.
