Room size and materials are better, but no breakfast included in the higher price. Generally I do not understand, why it isn´t posible to build a quiet hotel where you weren´t forced to hear everything from the floor or other rooms... February 15, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Buen hotel para familias Como este es un hotel dirigido a familias, la idea de una relajación plena no es posible, pero si te la pasas a gusto. La habitación que me tocó era cómoda, aunque se escuchaban los pasos en tacones de la vecina . Ordené servicio al cuarto y fue rápido y bueno. Las almohadas no son cómodas, son del tipo que se hacen chiquitas (no había mas opciones en el cuarto y muchos menos algún aviso al huesped para pedir cambio). Creo que le hace falta un bar para pasar el tiempo mientras hay mal clima o por lo menos que el lobby sea un lugar mas amigable y no un amplisimo espacio sin musica ambiental o algo atractivo (como sucede en la actualidad). Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to stay in Veracruz, just watch the dress code at the pool. This is my favorite place to stay in Veracruz, I only have one complaint. You should have a dress code at the pool. During my stay a large family (about 8 people) got into the pool wearing street clothes (pants, shirts, socks) and they did that on consecutive days, so I believe they were guests as well. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Veracruz November 21, 2013
