Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable rooms, good service, very poor internet connection Everything about thr hotel was good, except very poor internet connectivity in the rooms. Could not do any work over the web. This is a big turn off, particularly when you are a business traveller. May 15, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Calidad y limpieza de la habitacion La habitación fue reservada con punto ( 25,000 puntos / por noche ) y tal parece que por este motivo se asigne la peor habitación Room 236 Banio - sucio y con equipo muy obsoleto ,la cortina de banio con hongos , wc en mal estado , falta de ventilación Habitación con un aroma de humedad Jacusi - de la terraza muy sucio y solamente con agua fría Teléfono de la habitación sin servicio , Es una pena que ofrezcan este tipo de servicio a los clientes de Priority Club January 18, 2013

Contacte telefonicamente al hotel (2 llamadas con costo a mi persona) y no me dan ninguna solucion, piden que llame una tercera vez para ver si me pueden solucionar el problema. Yo no tengo mi factura y al personal del hotel no parece importarles, este es un problema que afecta gravemente a mis finanzas y que hace que todo el trabajo de atencion y servicio durante mi estancia no sirva de nada. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Check in Time Hello, This was my fourth time at Holiday Inn Boca del Rio, something I did not like this time was the check in time We arrived on Sunday 18th at 14:00hrs and we were informed check in time was at 15:00hrs, something fair and we went for lunch We came back at 15:15 and we were informed they were having delays, I reserved an ocean pool view room At 15:40 we were offered another room in case we needed a bathroom or something and they will call us We received the phone call at 16:45! saying they were almost ready if we wanted to come down We finally had our room at 17:30, and after some arguments, breakfast coupons were offered to us But we had already missed the whole afternoon!
