Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly Surprized! I admit that whenever in the Chicago area I hate the prices. I believe that you get what you pay for. I admit that now I know this isn't always the case. The Bolingbrook Holiday Inn made me feel like I was the only guest they had (which I knew wasn't true). The manager was incredible, front desk incredible, and the bartender, incredible. I will stay here again when in the area. Great deal for the price. Thank you. May 20, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Marginal Started when I booked an extra day, before my advance reservation. I wasn't offered the same rate of the advance 2 day stay..OK, I understand. But the reservation lady seemed like they had me and could gouge me.. Then at check in the guy was so busy with personal calls he almost forgot about me. Asked about the rate for the 2 original days he fumbled for the confirming rate papers which he didn't even have me initial. The room was fine. "Free" Coffee the next morning was out so off to Starbucks. The room key didn't work and wife had to go back down after lunch to get it re-programmed.. That happened 3 more times only to find out the extra high dollar room cost me in trips to reprogram the keys along with $25 extra. No free coffee for all 3 mornings.. I guess the free breakfast at nearby competitors was trumped by loyal Priority Club sheepepole. I don't have a lot of Priority points and probably won't be getting many more. May 19, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mother's Day get away We decided as a family that a get away for Mother's Day was a special treat. So since our son and family lives close to Bolingbrook we met at the Holiday Inn there because everything was under one roof. We had very nice rooms, the pool was excellent for the kids (and adults) to play in and there was a restaurant and lounge right on sight . The staff was very accommodating and professional in the way everything was handled. The restaurant was good maybe not the most excellent I have ever had but we did not dislike it. The rooms were very clean and quiet. I would recommend this Holiday Inn and we will definitely be using this again for our family get-aways. May 18, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff and Property This was our third visit to this location and we were again impressed with the staff's overall level of professionalism. We were checked in by a young lady, Kohlby, who was very professional, efficient and quite personable. She greeted us by name and recognized our elite status; thanking us for our continued loyalty to the IHG brands. This latter action is significant, as this only happens at about 50% if the IHG properties in our experience. I feel that this recognition is also an example of the management's commitment to customer service and satisfaction. We had breakfast the morning of our departure and the two gentlemen who took care of us were excellent. Unfortunately, I forgot to note their names, but I'm sure that the management can figure who worked that morning. Overall, the property is in very good condition and offers a feeling of security. The parking lot is well lit and in good condition. Rooms are in good condition and nicely furnished. A great selection of TV channels. Internet is wireless, probably the only thing that I could "complain" about. Connection speed was fair and stayed connected, but as system gained users it did slow down. I always prefer having the option of either wired or wireless, but this is seldom an option. Hopefully, the property management can have their system assessed and upgrade it to perform better. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and we will consider this property again in future trips to this area. May 8, 2013

The staff at this Holiday Inn goes above and beyond typical customer service. The team that has been assembled here is second to none. From check in where Kohlby greets you with her smile and warm welcome, to Peter and top notch service in the lounge, and rounding out the stay is Charles and his fantastic service and kind greetings when you come down for the delicious breakfast served.
