The food in the cafe was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive. My only markdown was for finding a spider in the room. It was stormy the night before, so I'm sure that had something to do with it.

I have dealt with most of the staff over many visits to this location. They are always friendly, remember me by name and always willing to do whatever is asked.

I resently stayed at this HI location for a short weekend with my family just to get away and enjoy a bit of a swim with the kids. The staff was excellent in service and kindness. Rooms where clean and well kept.
The best experience for the kids was the pool area. Large pool with a hot tub and plenty of clean towels!.
We will be back

Very comfortable beds. Clean room. Computer down when we arrived. Front desk clerk very friendly and apologetic. Person that had to run our credit cards in backroom not friendly at all. I got the feeling he was manager. Arrived at 2:30 pm and wanted to go ahead and check in the 3 rooms I had reserved for extended family. My mother is a cancer patient and I did not want her standing around waiting. This gentleman did not crack a smile or say anything comforting or seem to care. I had to go ahead and pay for all three rooms on my credit card. By the time my parents came 15 minutes later there was a long line through the lobby. I don't expect much but kindness and understanding and friendliness go a long way. The people in line are the ones who had to wait and I did not see anyone fussing. I feel they could offer free breakfast to all guests for price of this hotel. Every Holiday Inn I have stayed in offers a free buffet breakfast. Guess Chicago area doesn't have to offer that. No one mentioned that I was a Priority Club Member during my stay.

Our family recently stayed at Holiday Inn and were extremely happy with the service from the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The price was affordable which is important because we are a family of 6. The food was great as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I will recommend the Holiday Inn to others.

I admit that whenever in the Chicago area I hate the prices. I believe that you get what you pay for. I admit that now I know this isn't always the case. The Bolingbrook Holiday Inn made me feel like I was the only guest they had (which I knew wasn't true). The manager was incredible, front desk incredible, and the bartender, incredible. I will stay here again when in the area.

Started when I booked an extra day, before my advance reservation. I wasn't offered the same rate of the advance 2 day stay..OK, I understand. But the reservation lady seemed like they had me and could gouge me.. Then at check in the guy was so busy with personal calls he almost forgot about me. Asked about the rate for the 2 original days he fumbled for the confirming rate papers which he didn't even have me initial. The room was fine. "Free" Coffee the next morning was out so off to Starbucks. The room key didn't work and wife had to go back down after lunch to get it re-programmed.. That happened 3 more times only to find out the extra high dollar room cost me in trips to reprogram the keys along with $25 extra. No free coffee for all 3 mornings.. I guess the free breakfast at nearby competitors was trumped by loyal Priority Club sheepepole. I don't have a lot of Priority points and probably won't be getting many more.

We decided as a family that a get away for Mother's Day was a special treat. So since our son and family lives close to Bolingbrook we met at the Holiday Inn there because everything was under one roof. We had very nice rooms, the pool was excellent for the kids (and adults) to play in and there was a restaurant and lounge right on sight . The staff was very accommodating and professional in the way everything was handled. The restaurant was good maybe not the most excellent I have ever had but we did not dislike it. The rooms were very clean and quiet. I would recommend this Holiday Inn and we will definitely be using this again for our family get-aways.
