Enjoyed our stop over at the hotel after visiting Brugges and en route to Loire. Comfortable, relaxing and friendly staff.

The hotel is not bad, but I face difficalties to reach the hotel, the hotel not in the navigation systems , not in the iphone maps and not in the google map, i gut a major dfficaty to reach the hotel.

I was happy to stay at the Paris Bougival Holiday Inn. The staff is very capable and service oriented, always with a smile. The room was excellent as I received an upgrade for my IHG membership.
The restaurant food was good, although the menu card was very limited due to under staffing in the summer time. This was a bit disappointing.

This was our second stay at this hotel and surpassed our expectations. The staff were very helpful and the hotel is well situated for a quiet retreat by the river and also only 1/2 hour by bus from the hustle and bustle of Paris. We enjoyed walking along the river bank and a visit to St Germain again a quick bus trip. the food in the restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced.

The staff is very nice and helpful with the information on how to take bus and subway to Paris. The room is clean. The bed is big and comfy. My only suggestion is to train the cleaning staff to not knock on the door in the morning (even with "do not disturb" sign :-).

We chose to stay at the Holiday Inn at Bougival for a weekend, in order to visit the palace in Versailles. We have enjoyed staying at many other Holiday Inn hotels, where we have often chosen to eat in the hotel restaraunt after a busy day, as we did on this weekend.
How disappointing to find that they were only serving a set menu and that it was the same menu on both nights. If we had not been tired we would have left in order to find another restaraunt with a more interesting menu.
This hotels saving grace was the room.

despite book Non Smoking room, room allotted 242 was stinky and intolerable. after request they did not changed room, just spray something.

Don't leave anything you want to keep on the floor. They "threw" out a bag full of pads that we just bought. Not good when you're traveling with 3 girls!

After arrival at CDG, our private taxi driver was already waiting for us and gave us a quick lift to the hotel. The team welcomed us and valued my Platinum level by granting a room upgrade.
We appreciated the breakfast next morning in a quiet area of the restaurant where we could start our business day in a relaxing atmosphere.
Rooms are well equipped; the internet is fast, however WLAN signal tends to be a bit weak in the corner rooms where we stayed.
But as there is LAN cable available, too, it did not provoke any problems.
The team is helpful and friendly in any way. Memorable experience was that they helped us to get a lost IPhone back. Thank you all.
I am looking forward to my next stay.

Courteous and smiling personnel.
Great hotel with restaurant and beautiful court.
Only weakness would be room service. Was difficult to obtain faceclothes/washclothes even after repeated requests.
Used drinking glasses were once put back upside down on the washroom counter without proper protection.
For those who visit Paris and don't want to drive by car, a frequent bus service stops just by the hotel and takes you to "La Defense" within 20-30 minutes.

I've stayed in quite a few Holiday Inns but this one was excellent.
I was up-graded [ becasue of priority status ] to an excellent room. Clean, great tv choice. Staff were really polite and helpfull. A great example of what a Holiday Inn should be. Will certainly be staying in this one again the next time I have a Paris Business trip.

Everything is fine, staffs were friendly.
One thing that I am a bit disappointed was when I ask to book a taxi to take us to Paris Velizy that I can pay by credit card.
It seems Holliday Inn work with a certain taxi company or they have their own taxi which doesn't operate with meter and it didn't accept credit card for payment and it has flat fair 65 Euro which I think it will be less if I use regular taxi as when I check the distance is less than 20 kms.
Mainly, I was not satisfy that I can't pay by credit card when I asked for it in the first place.

Was upgraded to one of the new rooms which was very nice (a bit small) but poorly constructed, which is a shame. Restaurant service was poor. Room key-card didnt open car park so asked for replacement card that DID work and was told NO by receptionist! So had to keep pressing buzzer which was annoying. Only good thing is car park and location, otherwise avoid - above average price for below average service.

After traveling for more than 24 hours they were unable to provide a room a couple hours in advance of normal check-in. The hotel staff was rude. I stayed for 5 days and the breakfast was the same every day. Some of the items on the lunch menu were the same as what was served for dinner.
Also if you are traveling from another country then take your own adapter for electrical plugs. Although the website claims they have them available they didn't have what I needed.
The hotel is nice in appearance. The room was very clean.
