This location was very convenient for attending WKU's graduation on 05/10-5/11/2013. We had two of the King Suites. These rooms each have a comfortable sitting room that worked well to host a small reception as well as a separate bedroom. The rooms were very clean, everything was in working order and the furnishings were comfortable, (the beds were wonderful). The pool was closed, but looked like it would have been very nice when opened. Our only interaction with the staff was to check in/out but they were courteous and professional. The rooms were exactly as depicted on the site and met our needs perfectly. Would recommend this location to anyone visiting WKU.

As a Conference Attendee, I couldn't turn a corner without a staffer asking if I needed anything. I couldn't believe the fine quality of the provided food. How could anyone stand that on site bar atmosphere with the attentive bar keep. Who could stand that nice fresh well kept room. It seemed to me the rating should have been 5/5. Keep up the Good work Holiday Inn-University Plaza!

When we walked into the loby it was impressive. In fact, compared to the lobby the Taj Mahal looks like a pig pen. The room was clean and comfortable. The elevators ran often and smoothly. The only minor problem was the restuarant menu which seemed a little light on the choice of entrees. I'd recommend this HI to anyone, and will stay here again if I'm in the area.

Everyone at the University Plaza Holiday Inn is pleasent and friendly. They all go out of their way to please the customer. A very special sales staff lifts everyone to a very professional but friendly level.

The only complaint I have is the cleaning crew. I had cobwebs and they did not even make the bed correctly or neatly. They did not restock the toiletries and placed the used shower mat towel back on the tub even though it was wet. When are group looked at scheduling our conference here we was told all the rooms would be updated. I do not thank my room had been updated.
The catering staff ran by Mary over at the convention staff was EXCELLANT, AWESOME, GREAT......ETC! Just cant say enough about them. Thanks Mary for taking care of our clerks!
Wish I had more time, I would love to come back and stay when I could just hang out and not have to work!

The only problems I had was the phone did not work in the room for the first two days and it was fixed at approx 1000 pm and upon check out I was billed for a teliphone call on the first day which I did not make (the phone was not working) and for bottled of water which I did not drink.

I arrived at the hotel and the lobby was clean,neat and did not have to wait long in the line to registar.After getting my room number I went right to it to unpack and after that went down stairs for something to drink and that was also great.I just had a great time at the hotel and in Bowling Green all the people were very nice and I have no complaints..Thanks for a great stay
