Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Stay Was there for a conference, stayed Thurs-Saturday. Though the heat/air worked, I had to move it up and down just for my comfort purposes. Issues: 1. At least a mini-fridge should be in each room, not just the suites. In 2016, just like internet should be complimentary, I shouldn't have to pay $10 a day for a mini fridge simply because I chose a standard room. I don't think its asking for much. 2. Vent in the bathroom. A must. 3. Hard standing in the bathtub to take a shower. It was concave and I had to hold their provided handicap bars if i wanted to turn around. I know bathtubs are ideal for families with small children-but an older person would have had an issue with the stability. I'm 40 and I did 4. Longer/Wider shower curtain. It didn't cover from end to end. Until I figured out how to manage it, the first morning I had a flood in the bathroom after the shower. None of these would keep me from returning, but it says to tell what we think. Zach in reservations/sales was great in helping me work the split bill. Thanks so much!! February 9, 2016

Everything was within the center. The lounge and breakfast areas were bright and very comfortable, staff was very helpful and the rooms were comfortable. February 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The only real hotel in Bowling Green We come here frequently from our rural home, often for stressful reasons like having to visit the hospital in town, or our home electricity is out. It is comforting to have a solid, secure, full-service "home away from home", see some first-run movies, get dinner delivered to the room, and otherwise not have to worry or work at relaxing. Although not quite as good as in the past, with a new restaurant management, the room service dinners are excellent, and the service remarkably good. The recent renovations are nice, but I must say could have gone further (or deeper) ... the one limitation is old plumbing. It took many minutes of patience to get hot water up to the 7th floor for showers or a shave. February 4, 2016

The elevators were glass so you could see out in to the lobby as you made your way up to your room. i asked for a room on a high floor since i dont like having people above me and they gladly took care of my request. i would 100% stay here again if im in the area! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Snowpocalypse 2016 Faced with an ice and snow storm that closed most local restaurants and retail outlets, the hotel staff went above and beyond, sacrificing time away from their homes and families by staying overnight to ensure that all guests' needs were met. As a result my family had no worries about where we would eat or needing to drive offsite. January 28, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Where's the coffee? I loved the hotel but my only problem is that there was no coffee island for patrons that were not dining in the restaurant. I have traveled to a lot of hotels over the past but I believe this is the first time I have ever encountered this issue. Fortunately, my family was dining in the restaurant so it was not an issue but it is still nice to be able to grab a cup of Joe following a morning workout. Everything else about our stay was fantastic. Keep up the good work. January 21, 2016

The room was comfortable, clean and great mattress and bedding. Close to major restaurants, shopping, convention center. I will stay again when in the area. January 12, 2016
