Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The only REAL hotel in Bowling Green My wife and I have stayed here many times as a quick, easy, and pleasant escape from our very rural home only an hour or so away. The routine is room service, a movie or 2 that is not yet on Netflix or Apple TV, sleep late, and a luxurious breakfast (available until 11!). This trip, we were quite pleased with the renovations so far, with the fact that it is the only hotel in BG with NEW movies, and especially with the food. The ribs at this hotel are the best in BG if not in all of Kentucky. And the breakfast buffet with on-request custom omelettes is great. March 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service and Great People Loreal, Ashlyn, and Sandra are always very helpful and friendly during my stays. The customer service stands out and is greatly appreciated. The hotel is very comfortable - the rooms are newly redone - and extremely quiet allowing for a good nights sleep. Calvin, at the breakfast buffet is also very friendly and personable. I enjoy staying at a hotel where the people and service make a difference. I have stayed many times in 2014 - during the construction process - and still have nothing but great things to say - even during the remodeling. Thanks for all the hard work and the great attitudes. I will be returning many times this year for work. During one of my stays in 2014, I lost my Oakley sunglasses - and when I called the hotel nothing had been returned. The next evening I received a call from Ashlyn saying she had located my sunglasses and would have them for me upon my next visit. Ashlyn remembered my room # from the call on the previous day - looked up my information and called my cell phone to give me the good news. This is one of the reasons I will not stay anywhere else in Bowling Green (unless the Holiday Inn is sold out). Thanks Ashlyn March 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and big rooms This facility is in the process of upgrading, so there was some construction dust in the bathroom and the general public areas were obviously under construction. However, the management did all they could to keep things neat, clean up as they went along, etc. It's a nice place for business or pleasure. Staff is very nice. February 27, 2015
