Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weekly traveller I am there almost every week. When the experienced staff are working, the stay is great. The newer people are nice enough but they don't know how to provide the extra service to Platinum members . With the experienced staff I get room upgrades without even asking when they are variable. With the new staff, i ask and am told no even though I see on line that there are nicer rooms available. Perhaps it is a training issue. Also, when they are booked heavily and I have to call IHG for a reservation (72 hour guarantee as Platinum) the new front desk people don't know what to do and I have to then call the General Manager (he is not gone as well) to get a room. When Mark works the front it all goes well. And, the bartender, Debbie, is the best bartender anywhere. November 15, 2014

The drive coming into the hotel is in rough shape and gives a bad feeling that the place is run down, but over all it was a pleasant stay. November 4, 2014
