Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Courteous staff, but rooms need attention Always treated well here by the great staff. Food in restaurant is above average and a good value. However the rooms need some updating - and on my most recent stay - the room just didn't have enough heat in the middle of January. January 26, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not our best night The first room I was assigned to, was already occupied by another family, then I was "upgraded" to a King suite, it was nice for me, but it was me and my 17 year old son, so he got the pull out couch, which was terrible... mattress - all torn open and the bedding in the closet for the bed was not clean, so at 11:30 PM I am having to call for new clean bedding, which was brought to me reasonably quick. Room was right beside the pool so it was very loud until the pool closed. January 15, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Conference Facility We had a large student conference of over 500 people at the hotel and could not be more happier with the service and facility. The maintenance, banquet and sales staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We have been coming here for the past 5 years and could not be happier. I have been a conference planner for the past 20 years and this facility has been by far the BEST place I have used. Despite the fact that the facility is older the conference area is well-kept, always clean and tidy. However, the conference facility isn't the main reason we come here, I've used many conference venues with similar amenities. The best feature of the hotel is the staff, from the front desk, to the entire sales dept, banquets, the restaurant staff, the maintenance crew and even the night security guard are just so customer service oriented, its a great experience and that's why we come back! Thank you Holiday Inn keep up the good work!! January 12, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy Room # 218 Clean and neat ,pillows too soft ,toliet would self flush creating a noise and water waste, need to change the tank flapper; air /heating unit would make a sound like marbles rolling in a can while it cycled thru . Check out clerk did adjust the final bill to compensate for the problems,but still did not get the rest I was looking for! January 5, 2015
