Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice rooms and services I have stayed at this hotel three times and always had good service. However, the hallways are a bit depressing. they are dimly lit, and when I arrived, the staff had just cleaned with a strong cleaning agent, the smell of which gave me a headache. The fitness room is small and hot. I am also confused about the breakfast offerings. There was a buffet, but also a menu. I asked if I could order off the menu, and after some hesitation, the server said "Yes ... we have slowed down a bit." Is ordering off the menu not possible when the hotel is full on a weekend? I asked if I could have a late checkout, and was told twice that I couldn't because the hotel was full. But when I appealed for a third time, the morning of my departure, they gave me the extra hour I wanted. I thought this was appropriate since I am a Platinum level Priority Club member, and they can't clean all of the rooms at once. April 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Much Better I stayed here a few weeks ago and the room was miserable. Duct tape holding the curtains together among other things. Not sure if anything was done to clean things up........ Stayed in a pool-view room which was much nicer. Really decent Bar/Rest, food is good. Only draw back, and not the staff's fault: They had 400 wrestling kids and family's staying the weekend before, and the hallways were still showing the effects. Broken glass and other "things", which were cleaned up when pointed out. So overall good stay. April 26, 2015
