this is a very customer service friendly hotel, and the best thing about the establishment to me, is it's location. very close to the freeway. I-90.

We were pleased to be able to make reservations for both us and family members who needed to stay in Bozeman for two nights. The facility is aging but still very clean. I would have liked to know about the restaurant not being open for Sunday lunch prior to arriving there to meet my family for lunch. I saw breakfast, lunch, and dinner advertised. I made my mother's reservation through customer service (open chat) on line, and explained that she is elderly and doesn't walk well. Her room was as far away from the front desk as it could be -- a very long walk for someone 94 years old. I probably should have called the hotel rather than trying to make the reservation on line.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by APOLLO2001 Nice hotel, but pricey
Overall nice, clean hotel. A little pricey for the quality of the room. Found out from a friend after checking out that kids eat free at the hotel restaurant. The lunch/dinner menu was pretty expensive so never at there. Bathrooms really small, but clean. Kids enjoyed the large indoor pool.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beth from St. Paul Great pool quiet rooms
I stay at the Holiday Inn in Bozeman every time I visit because my family loves the huge, warm pool and the hot tub. The rooms are exceptionally quiet and the lobby is welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Buisness on the fly Serious thought to why I use Holiday Inn?
Let’s start at the beginning, prior to my arrival We got caught up in a very bad storm (Hail, heavy Lightning and Rain) I called at 6:18Pm to let the Inn know that I was not going to make my reservation but wanted to keep my second night, I was informed that’s to bad since I called after 6 they were going to charge me. I quickly requested a guest service manager and the situation was fixed, and we made it to Billings Mt that night and stayed at the Holiday Inn there. Upon arrival we checked in and was given a room, we unpacked our vehicle went to our room, upon entering the room it was very untidy, the bed was unmade, there was food lying about, and the bathroom was trashed. I left my family in the room to go to the front desk, the front desk was very accommodating, and how was I to know that this would set the tone for our stay. He immediately moved us to a new room that was very nice. We proceeded to spend quality time in Bozeman. Upon our return to the Inn, the front desk area and Lobby were both very crowded, we found that a UFC fight night had been scheduled for the evening which really had a lot of unsavory folks running about the hotel. The pool and front lobby were more available to the event then to the guest especially with the people hanging over the gate to the pool area. Not very relaxing for my 8 year old and wife, she left the pool area leaving my son and I in the pool with the crowd of suspicious dressed ladies and gents. The real fun was found from about Midnight till 3AM with the party of drunks who would disappear every time I finally raised to complain, between the woman running up and back in the hall apparently who could not live without someone named Chris from the level of screaming his name she was doing and the party in the lobby, there was no sleep much less the Inns promises. Finally around 6AM everything died down and it was time to get up. I complained at the front desk and received a 15% break on the bill, wow my short vacation and no relaxing sleep, was worth $20 bucks to Holiday Inn, thanks guys. Unfortunately our problems didn’t end here, I had paid extra for the breakfast. We entered three rivers and were greeted, by the host really nice guy. He seated us toward the back in the last booth. How was I to know I had dressed as the waitress’s ex. She served the tables all around us not even making any form of contact with us. I was busy on my phone with business when my wife bought it to my attention that people who had entered post to us had already made orders and received coffee, I set my timer on my phone and waited another 5 minutes before getting up and going to find the host and asking the problem the restaurant was not full, but quite empty. I showed him our timer and stated that we had been there around 10 minutes prior to that with no one coming to our table, he was very apologetic and said he would immediately fix the problem. We over heard him go to the waitress and tell her, about us in which she proceeded to tell him that she would take the orders and get water and coffee for two tables that just entered and then she would come over to us, We were in the middle of getting up to leave when the host came over and took our orders. He was very apologetic and I commented on how empty the restaurant was and I wouldn’t think he would have a problem. After another 15 minutes passed I rose and found that the two different patrons that had entered 30 minutes after us were already served and eating I again bought it to the attention of the host. Breakfast that had been sitting someone was served to us my breakfast was hard and cold so much so that the butter actually lowered a few degrees when I placed it on my French toast the eggs were cold and slimy, we left and the host expressed concern and asked what he could do to make it better, and breakfast was on him, I explained that we had already paid for breakfast with the room. I gave our breakfast coupon to an elderly couple, who had entered as we were leaving. That’s when we were accosted by the waitress who served every table around us ignoring us exclaiming that we needed to pay for breakfast. Needless to say our short little trip was completely ruined by Holiday Inn, no relaxing, no breath from work. This trip was made exhausting, problematic, and stressful. As a platinum member I thought my experiences would be better, at least better than the average person staying off the street.
