This hotel was clean and comfortable. The service was friendly. The shuttle service was especially helpful and appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located. I enjoyed walking around the property and adjacent properties in the morning. The bar was comfortable and friendly, and has a good selection (including Green Spot!). I recommend this hotel.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DJHork Nice short stay
Hotel was OK to average for a Holiday Inn. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast wait staff were very nice, but disappointed that the Holiday Inn doesn't provide a comp simple breakfast as Holiday Inn Express does that is right next door. Price was OK although a bit expensive, but that's Bozeman.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by RDfromPA Great staff and truly dog friendly
Stayed here for 4 nights in late June 2014. Room was comfortable and clean, with lots of hot water for showering. Even though the location is right off I-90 the room was very quiet.
I am a dog lover so I enjoyed seeing dogs in the hallways, but that might be disconcerting for some travelers. Credit a great housekeeping staff, if you didn't actually see a dog you'd never know they were there.
Helpful hint - if you ask they will put a mini frig in your room.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 4inFamily Pool is nice
The hotel was more of a ran down college dorm. There was a strong odor, similar to mildew. We needed to use the laundry room. The appliances were ran down and did not work well. The front lobby and pool area were nice and HUGE! The pool was the only thing that was worth staying at this location.

We didn't eat here this time but sure wish we would have after seeing the Easter Buffet spread. It smelled so wonderful!
The room was great and very clean and the front desk staff is always awesome.

I am a frequent visitor to Bozeman as my family is there and use my IHG points to stay here. While the property is a little older it is in good condition and the staff is excellent. Shuttle service to the airport and short hops to shopping is very helpful. I have not sampled the cuisine but have heard it is good. I will definitely stay here again.

A bit outdated. Better choices within the area. The property was ok tho and had everything you needed. I just have stayed at Holiday Inns that were more appealing. Little pricey for what it was.

Decent place, nice lobby great staff, they have smoking rooms, which is nice, the nicotine police are taking over the world.
Only bad spot was food, I had salmon, under cooked and over priced for portion size.
Hotel is great though.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Danr123 wonderful stay
Hi, we were visiting for a college visit and enjoyed our stay very much. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the staff was quick to get us additional blankets on request. The hotel was very quiet. Everything was nice and neat. The restaurant area looks very nice after I heard some recent renovation. Overall, an excellent experience. I would highly recommend the Bozeman Holiday Inn.

Our travels into Montana heading up to Big Ski afforded us an extra day in Bozeman. We stayed at this establishment for one night. The staff there was outstanding! From Zach at the desk, to our shuttle drivers, Matt, Collin, and Kevin, our stay was boosted upwards several notches. We didn't have a rental car which ended up not being a problem We were scooped up at the airport within 15 minutes. Upon arriving at the Inn, we were told to let them know if we needed to go anywhere. We were going to cab it, but they insisted on serving us. They brought us to the Museum of the Rockies, picked us up a few hrs later, took us downtown to shop and eat, and was there to pick us up when called right away. The next day we were granted a late checkout due to awaiting family members to arrive and pick us up to continue on to Big Ski. We definitely will return to Montana and stay there again. Kudo's to all the friendly people !

This is a older holiday inn but its really pretty cool. The lobby is amazing and the bar was fun, we have a nice time. What made our stay the best was Zack on the Front Desk.

best part of this hotel is that the pool opens at 5:30 am my kids are early risers and its tough to keep them from disturbing neighbors so its nice to have somewhere to go. The room was kinda small but clean the bathroom was also small but clean.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by jeannie76 Room and dining area
We had a good visit to Bozeman. I am not so sure that we will stay with you again as we hate the stairs to haul up our 'stuff'. We are getting up there in age.
The room was either too hot or too cold. Room 202. We had a hard time getting the temp regulated.
Regarding the dining room: we ordered steak the first dinner we had and it was awful. The breakfasts were great and the help could not be nicer. We enjoyed visiting with our waiters in the evening.
The steak: was tough, very little flavor and as my husband said - it looked like road kill. Salad very good. The steak dinners were not worth the money we paid.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday inn in Bozeman. The room was very clean and there was no smell in the room. Collins and other staff members were very pleasant and helpful. Please don’t forget to check out the Three Rivers restaurant which has a great breakfast menu.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by CFHelena Great Meeting Room Space
We recently held a conference at your hotel. Both the meeting room space and the vendor/social space were great. The food was excellent, the staff are very accomodating and attentive. Special thanks to Paige in Sales for her assistance when planning this conference and to the catering staff Emily, Spencer, Jenny and Joan. You guys are amazing. Thanks again for making our conference a success. My hotel room was great. The only thing I would recommend is to have fridges and microwaves in the rooms. However, the desk clerk was nice enough to have a microwave brought to my room.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lois50 Older hotel with so-so service and food
Room and bed were fine and clean. No elevator, but they did let us know at check-in. Breakfast service the first morning was lousy, server was very intrusive and disorganized for our group of 8. Tip of 18% was added on and most of us didn't notice, so she ended up with much higher tip than we intended. Banquet food was cold, steaks tough. Food generally was pretty bland and low-quality. We won't return.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by revmama Needs updating
I specifically chose to stay at this Holiday Inn because in the past I have had a good experience. This time I was put in a distant room with poor inside access to the lobby and restaurant. The room was clean, but it was inadequately lighted for work and the bathroom was very small. I chose this hotel over a less expensive one because of the pool, and the pool was closed, as was the pool area. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was fairly good. But I think I will look elsewhere next time I am in Bozeman, unless the hotel is substantially updated.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Misbourne Bozeman is Good!
We stayed at the Holiday Inn at Bozeman for 4 nights in total. It is a well appointed hotel with a good lobby area, restaurant, lounge bar and swimming pool. Despite being adjacent to I 90, the design is cleverly worked around an internal grassed quadrangle and so at least 50% of the rooms are really quiet. When we stayed there was major construction going on at the I 90 intersection and yet there was no disturbance in the hotel at all from this.
The room was fairly standard but large, well maintained and clean.
The restaurant was fairly standard but nicely served and presented. The lounge bar was very nicely run and stocked.
Would use this hotel again if returning to Bozeman.
The hotel was a walk to some amenities or a short drive to Main Street where the main amenities are sighted, along with the museum and restaurants.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by coldswimmer2 Cold Indoor Swimming Pool
Excellent Staff and Services. Nice rooms.
We selected this Holiday Inn because it advertised an indoor swimming pool. We had planned use use the pool during our two day stay. However, the pool was not heated, and was too cold for a swim. We must have not been the only guest feeling that way, because we saw no one in the pool for the entire two days of our stay.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by John4020 Outstanding Staff who Quickly Address Customer Issues
I stayed at this property during a business trip on September 12th and September 13th. On arriving at the hotel, I found our reservation for a specific type of room had not been honored as previously requested and reserved. The lady at the front desk (Drue) and the manager (Tim) were nothing short of amazing in how they handled this situation. The customer service at this property is an example of how ALL hotels (and other businesses for that matter) should treat their customers. I cannot praise both Drue and Tim highly enough for how they treated us and I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone. Thank you to both Drue and Tim for their efforts.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by vince4100 good for a business trip, not so much if on vacation!
Didn't have a refrigerator in the room! This was a problem since we were vacationing and needed to ice drinks and snacks for the next days travel. Hotel restaurant was expensive, no continental breakfast. Remodeled- older hotel next to the interstate. This must be a popular hotel for conventions. The first floor room was noisy...lots of hallway noise late into the night.

Although specified on web site, these were not in the room and even after requesting they were not brought.
This Holiday inn not to standards i've seen in others. Or is Holiday inn going down hill. Had better amenities at hotels/motels costing less.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rlfraz Normally a great hotel
We normally love this holiday inn. It has always had great staff and a great location. Its perfect for staying for bobcat football games However on our most recent visit (august 28th) was one of the worst stays ever it started off bad with no club recognition at check in and being placed in the farthest room which you have to find stairwell 4 and then go upstairs the map the front desk gave does not help. We went out to the game which was great! We then headed to bed at 2 am we were awakened by a fire alarm so we head outside look around and there is no hotel staff just a bunch of confused guests. After a few minutes it turns off then half way back to the room it goes off again. So we go back outside and my wife heads to the front of the hotel again lots of guests and no hotel staff!! So she goes in and the front desk gal tells her some drunk guy pulled it and to go back to bed. By then the fire department showed up and we had to wait for the fire department to check so at 3:30 we were let back in by the fire department as no hotel staff around.
This is usually a great hotel, but the non attention on this matter has sent me looking for a new hotel.
