After a long delay at the airport, the airline finally cancelled my flight and put me up at the Holiday Inn Bozeman. Unfortunately, they called the Holiday Inn Express to come pick us up. I called the Holiday Inn and one of the staff, Kalea, came right over and picked us up. We arrived at the hotel very tired and Kalea checked us in, promptly and with a smile. After dealing with the airline all afternoon, it was refreshing to have someone so positive and efficient fulfilling our needs. The room was very comfortable and the food in the Dry Fly Saloon was great. All in all it was a great experience after a terrible day at the airport and I will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn again when I am back in Bozeman. Thank you!

For the most part, this hotel is fine. It's quality is roughly equal to other Holiday Inn lines. There really isn't anything that stands out about the hotel, but I generally do use this hotel when I stay overnight in Bozeman.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Colorado Highest Drab decor and air conditioner was a noisy wind machine
The desk clerks were casual and not overtly welcoming, The building is architecturally unattractive externally and its interior is depressing-- resembling an old style college dorm with its narrow hallways.
