Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight Stay I picked this Hotel because it is adjacent to a large mall. Also, I required Shuttle to the Airport. Not the usual shuttle. I was greeted by a lovely lady who delivered me to the terminal in a beautiful newer model passenger van. Very nice accomodation and extremely polite. Would definitely stay again. January 5, 2013

Rooms are small but are neat and clean and the location is great with a shopping mall next door. All bedding is white and the pillows are labelled which ones are soft / firm. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Every employee we crossed paths with wished us a happy new year. We hope to return to this hotel for years to come. January 4, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor housekeeping Stayed at the hotel recently from Dec 23-26th. There was no staff on to do any housekeeping at all. There were wine glasses outside in the hallway the night I arrived, Dec 23rd, and they were still there when I checked out Dec 26th. My room was not cleaned or made up because there was no housekeeping staff on duty. Clean towels were in my room but were placed on the floor of the bathroom, and the used towels left behind. I have stayed here before and it is a nice hotel, however this kind of sloppy housekeeping is inexcusable. January 3, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by ROOM NOT ADEQUATE FOR PRICE YOU PAY I had business to attend to for the weekend and thought that this location would be great as the photos and descriptions of the hotel online were great. When I came into my room, I noticed right away that it was small, dark, dungy and outdated. It had an odd odour but assumed it was due to the age of the facility. This is the first hotel I have stayed at in years that still had old school barely working tube television set. Also, my toilet seat was baadly damaged it looked at though someone took a lighter to it. The one phone in my room did not work and there was an alarm system camera in my room that had a cable to nowhere. why would there be a camera in my room...odd..also, when the maids cleaned the room, they did not vacuum. It was muddy and dirty outside so one would have thought that they would vacuum up the sand and rocks brought in, nope, they sure didnt. And finally, I ordered room service for breakfast an chose the ham option for my side. IT was NOT HAM!! it was mortadela an italian cold cut, so thin that it was so greasy that i couldnt eat it, room service was not good, food was cold. Should have just went down for breakfast. probly will not stay there again. December 15, 2012

Love the atrium concept of the lobby, restaurant and swimming pool. Complimentary breakfast was delicious with cold and hot choices. Highly recommended. November 18, 2012
