I have stayed here twice now and each time has been good
I wish some of the other IHC hotels offered some of the things this one does
Soup and bread and free sodas are great

I have stayed here before it's always a enjoyable place to stay the staff is very nice the food is great maybe they put to much French fries on the steak platter. But everything was cooked great. Room was clean and tidy.

The check in process was very mixed up. From not having a room ready to handing me someone elses reservation paperwork to sign.
It was quite clear that there is not enough staff to handle this hotel.
it appeared the cleaning department must have been understafffed as rooms were not cleaned and it was into the late night hours that I observed them still working to complete cleaning rooms. It seems that translates to rooms unavailable to sell to customers.
The parking area behind the building was very poorly cleared of snow. Anyone could have very easily slipped and fallen.

Room was spacious and clean. Support staff were helpful and gracious. The bar/restaurant had a good selection of food/drinks. Check in/out was fast and easy. Public restrooms were clean and well lit. Access to our room was easy and plenty of parking close to the entrance.

I did not have a reservation. I wanted the date to be credited to my rewards. The counter person had it taken care of by morning for me.
