Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by White Hot Mess To the manager who belitteled the person mopping the floor on the evening of 1/13 - 5 different customers witnessed your horrible performance. The person mopping answered your question all 7 times the same way 1 MOP handle, 5 smelly MOP heads. Why would you belittle a person clearly working hard in front of guests? Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Impressed with this Holiday Inn Having recently stayed at a different, and more dated, Holiday Inn, I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The main areas are welcoming, clean, and well lit, the room was nice (with comfortable bed and lots of pillows), there were nice amenities provided, and the service was excellent. Being a gold rewards member, my status was recognized and I received my choice of a few items-- I chose the free drink in the Sam Adams bar. There, the staff was very friendly and the environment was pleasing. I was also very impressed with the fitness area. Used to fitness rooms that are tiny and cramped, I was excited to find this one large and well-lit. It has two treadmills, other cardio equipment, free weights, two TVs, towels, water, etc. Very nice! I'll be back for additional business travel and I'm looking forward to my stay. January 9, 2015

First time I've encountered a hospitality suite at a Holidy Inn; am accustomed to using them in CrownPlazas. The evening offering left nuch to be desired. The morning offering was better. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel for Business Traveler This hotel is a convenient location to the Trexlertown area. For a business venue, the hotel has good service. Staff is efficient and helpful. The room was well appointed with updated furniture and amenities. It's not a "Luxury" hotel, but certainly serves the purposes for a frequent business traveler to the area. There other other comparable hotels in the immediate area where I've stayed, and overall the Holiday Inn is a good value. January 7, 2015

However, I had traveled in on Sunday evening and wanted something to eat. At 9:00, the hotel bar had basically shut down. December 26, 2014
