The check in process was very mixed up. From not having a room ready to handing me someone elses reservation paperwork to sign.
It was quite clear that there is not enough staff to handle this hotel.
it appeared the cleaning department must have been understafffed as rooms were not cleaned and it was into the late night hours that I observed them still working to complete cleaning rooms. It seems that translates to rooms unavailable to sell to customers.
The parking area behind the building was very poorly cleared of snow. Anyone could have very easily slipped and fallen.

Room was spacious and clean. Support staff were helpful and gracious. The bar/restaurant had a good selection of food/drinks. Check in/out was fast and easy. Public restrooms were clean and well lit. Access to our room was easy and plenty of parking close to the entrance.

I felt very 'at home' and comfortable during my stay. The front desk seemed like they really were concerned that I had everything that I needed to make my stay pleasant.

I enjoyed my stay as always at Lehigh Valley Holiday Inn. The customer service representatives were knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaniness could be improved, which for me is one of the most important things that I look forward to when staying at hotels.
