Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly Surprised We were traveling to Bridgeport for a local dance competition and needed a hotel that was close to the venue. I am so happy we stayed at this hotel. The staff was amazing, welcoming and accommodated every request we had. (our list was long lol) The breakfast buffet was very good and the price was inexpensive. They also offered a free shuttle to and from the venue, so we didn't have to drive anywhere. Again the staff at the desk, at the restaurant, security, shuttle drivers... everyone we met was great. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pet friendly Great location right off of I-95. Pet friendly. The martini bar and lounge were nice, convenient... The food was typical bar fare, but good. Very attentive staff. Would most likely stay again given the opportunity. Only negative aspect of the stay was that the room walls are very thin, therefore you tend to hear the next door occupants and ALL their activities throughout the evening. March 31, 2015

It was a pleasant experience to meet Jordon at the front desk to cheerfully check us in and help with our parking validation. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We had a great night's sleep. Check out the next morning was automatic. I could ask for nothing more. March 30, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Disappointed Poor quality of customer service/staffing. The front desk manager was remorseful about the condition of the hotel but the staff and breakfast manager appeared unbothered and somewhat annoyed by bringing concerns to their attention. March 30, 2015
