The front desk was very nice, very welcoming. The room was extremely clean and the beds very comfortable. The room was a little noisy at first - you could hear the people next door. The area is not the greatest. While we did go out at night, it was fine but a little intimidating at first walking across the street to the parking garage. We were safe - no one was out but kind of desolate. It met our needs. We were visiting colleges in Fairfield and needed a good night sleep, which in fact we did have. I recommend the hotel.

Although the surrounding area of the hotel isn't the most charming, the hotel is well kept and adequately staffed. The service was good and I would not mind staying again. Definitely not a place to go on holiday though.

Traveling home and needed a quick room for the night. This was a pleasant surprise for service, accomodations, and value. If the hotel wasn't recently done over it certainly appeared that way.

Everything was good. We only stayed one night and unfortunately slept for a few hours because of our schedule and did not utilize food service at all. I didnt like having to pay for parking!

Very clean and modern. Advanced security (room key needed to enter elevator to rooms). Varied breakfast buffet options, though a bit expensive. Bar has a good selection at good prices. Walking distance from everything in downtown Bridgeport.

As a Platinum member I come to expect the upgrades to be better than the regular rooms ... Well this location fails miserably in this aspect. The room has no Microwave and being put on the executive level 9th floor you would think that this would be a common amenity. The 2nd night here on site was election night and the property decided to hold the democratic party here. Well my room was a few rooms down from the Presidential suites which these individuals reserved. From 10pm on past 3 am there was nothing but constant people running up and down the hallways beating on the doors and partying all night long. On 3 separate occasions I called own to the front desk and they had security come up. They did nothing to resolve the ongoing noise issues. At 3am they still had individuals yelling down the hall wanting a fresh beer. When I went to the front desk the next morning after having to be onsite for contract work at 7am all they said was we apologize and offered me 1 free breakfast. This was by far THE WORST EVER property I have stayed at and will never stay there again once are work is done in town.

...this time it was the 4th or 5th stay at this hotel and I never understood to handle the air condition... the system was never handable. I was trying to change the temperature and I never got the temp to feel comfortable.
On the other side, the staff is very polite. Thank you!

We stayed for 2 nights with my 4 children, and we were all pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The staff (parking attendant, front desk, restaurant, tv help) were all friendly and courteous. The beds, pillows are clean & comfortable. The hotel rooms/ halls were quiet, although it was full with several conferences going on. The pool is very small, but we had it all to ourselves, and the water was very warm. I paid an additional $10 for 1 room to add breakfast for the whole family, and it was well worth it, since we all ate from the buffet which was $10/pp. The food in the breakfast buffet was all very good: fresh fruit, sausage & bacon, eggs, french toast, pancakes to order, toast, muffins, cereal, oatmeal. My only complaints were that one of our nonsmoking rooms had a smoky smell, the surrounding neighborhood of the hotel is questionable at night.
