Es gab keine Mikrowelle und keinen Kühlschrank. Das kenne ich von einem Hotel dieser Kette nicht. Auch die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer ließ bei meiner Ankunft sehr zu wünschen über. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK, but Could Be Better! This hotel is dated and needs some attention. The elevators would be the first place to start as they have 2 for guests to use, 1 of which has had issues on my last 3 stays....this time it was completely down. The "good" one had issues too, including periods of no available elevator forcing guest to use the stairs (this hotel has 10 floors) since they refused to temporarily use the service elevator for guests, even though it was night and the service staff was gone for the day. The rooms could also use some updates and can be quite noisy from Interstate 81 traffic. Since he HVAC is very noisy, you can run it full-time to drown out the highway noise. The breakfast buffet was also subpar with the scrambled eggs being dry and no flavor. The selection was more like a free buffet in competitive hotels. Other than the staff's refusal to temporarily use the service elevator for guests, they are friendly and the highlight of the hotel. December 14, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by decent stay at a decent price, comfortable bed Staff were friendly. Hotel had fresh smell when I walked into the room. I only wish that there was at least a refrigerator and a microwave. I was sick and just wanted some chicken noodle soup and hot tea in my room . I also wanted to refrigerate probiotics in my room. it was clean smelling and the linen were fine ... just a little dusty and floor not swept one day in bathroom. Overall I enjoyed relaxing there.
