Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by HORRIBLE Parking lot was full of snow. Little effort was used to clean it for parking. Sidewalk icy. The lobby was freezing. Was led to believe that free breakfast was available. Small room and extremely small bathroom. Staff was not overly friendly. I would not stay here again nor would i recommend this hotel to any one else. This is the first Holiday Inn I've stayed at that had no free breakfast. February 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay From the people at the front desk to the room service to the room itself we cannot only say this is an excellent place to stay. The front desk took care of us on a day when the weather (snow 6") was abound and made sure our comfort and our room was number#1. I cannot compliment the staff enough at the front desk. The young man made sure that we were comfortable and that the room was exactly up to standard. Thank you Holiday Inn for a great stay. Cudos also go out to the restaurant staff who opened up in the morning despite harrowing driving conditions. February 20, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Where are the elevators The property has three elevators and one says for staff only. However, only one elevator worked and the staff had to use that one as well. This is a 10 story hotel so thankfully it was not crowded or we would have been standing on our floor much longer waiting on the elevator. The bathroom was very cold no matter how warm we had the room. need to add heat in the bathroom. I ended up running the hair dryer to warm it up. February 19, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Keep going We stopped here because of the snow storm. Should have kept going. We went to the restaurant and an hour later got our order, which was short an order of fries. When we got to the room, the temp was about 45 degrees. We turned the heater on high and it barely worked. We had to use all of the blankets. In the morning, the elevators were out and we were on the 4th floor. Wouldn't be so bad except none of the stairways exited on the main floor without going outside. It was 9 degrees. This rates right up there with the worse hotel stays I have ever had. I don't think this is a reflection of Holiday Inn, but just this hotel. February 18, 2015
