We had a good stay at this location. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the restaurant provided good food for dinner and breakfast the next day. Our only concern was that the swimming pool was not open or available.

The checkin/checkout was seamless. Very easy. The restaurant wait staff was very pleasant and attentive. The food was really good. The appearance of the hotel was very pleasant and made us feel comfortable. The room was clean and had a solid feel with very little outside noise coming in.

My lady is visiting from Johannesburg, RSA, and we were on our way to New Orleans (from Reston, VA). We enjoyed our first stay, and so sought out your same hotel on the way back from Louisiana to stay w you again, since we were quite favorably impressed.....especially w how ''at home'' your front desk man, 'Justin', made us feel.
What higher compliment could there be than that?

So I would say that everything about this hotel is good, but nothing is spectacular or super new. You can tell that they have done a good job of renovating an older property and do regular maintenance work. I was on the pet only floor so, there may be very nice suites elsewhere that I did not see.
Air system is a bit old, so it's loud, but if you like white noise, it's perfect!
Having a pet friendly hotel is exactly what I needed for this trip. I didnt see any other animals but am so glad that they have these around for stays when it's easier to take a pet than board or leave elsewhere.

We reserved 5 rooms and the ease of service getting everyone checked in was awesome. The front desk staff did not recognize me as a Rewards Member until I said something but I believe they may have said something to my Sister who checked in prior to me because they had already given us the points as incentive. Everything was great and the facilities were very nice!

The staff were very quick to greet us as soon as we walked through the door! Everything in the room was very orderly and clean. The front desk even called us once we got up to the room to make sure everything was to our liking. I only wished they would have offered continental breakfast.
