Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay. The reception staff were excellent on our arrival and very welcoming. The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable and surprisingly quiet being so close to the airport. The restaurant staff were doing their level best to please the customers, but there was clearly a problem in the kitchen getting the meals out promptly. Don't know if this was because of the new menu or a staff shortage but it was the only shortcoming of our visit. Doubtless this problem will soon be ironed out but, other than that, our stay was excellent and I would recommend this hotel to others. January 27, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by poor service and a parking fine despite having paid for parking We arrived on 9th Jan 2016 parked our car booked in paid in full including £5 for parking, room was fine, ate in the restaurant very slow,poor service even though we had reserved our table it took 1 hour for our meal to be served! Most of the guests were waiting as long for meals, there was no apology or explanation given. In the morning on a schedule to get to the airport there was no one at reception we waited 10 minutes for a receptionist to arrive from the kitchen. On return home today I have a parking fine of £100 from parking eye and have to appeal against this by post, I have still got my receipt (luckily) but it appears I will have to make an appeal against this fine. On top of poor service and incompetence by this hotel, very disappointed January 21, 2016

Great service through out the hotel from arrival to departure. An excellent Executive room that was very well well presented, spacious and comfortable, The location is excellent for the airport.
