Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by best of bristol we stayed Friday and Saturday ,on arriving we was greeted by the friendliest reception staff who couldn't do enough for us ,we moved to the bar where we had few drinks and some food which was high class ,minted lamb burger a taste of heaven that much so i had one the next day :) ,the room we stayed in was without doubt the best room ive ever seen and stayed in ,the manager Neil parry is a asset to the company made us feel welcome and did all he could to make sure our stay was the best it could be ,if your coming to Bristol make sure you stay at this hotel March 4, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location and service I have stayed in this hotel a number of times on business. Never had any problems really. Occasionally reception can be a little slow, but then they are very friendly and sometimes you prefer a warm welcome to a super fast check in. Great location for restaurants in Cabot Circus and a short 10-15 minutes walk to more great restaurants on the waterside. Good breakfast service and choice but a downside is the cost of parking if it is not included in the room rate. March 3, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very enjoyable stay Although only staying 1 night we were made to feel welcome by the staff on arrival. The reception and lobby have a welcoming and relaxed feel about them. The room was spacious and spotless as was the bathroom and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had no trouble parking in the attached car park. The dining room is nicely decorated and had we been staying longer would have enjoyed spending time here. We only have 1 criticism - we think that wi-fi should be free. We don't see why hotels are charging for this when you can now get free wi-fi in lots of cafes and restaurants. Overall we loved Bristol Holiday Inn. February 28, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unfortunately Kitchen was closed Unfortunately the kitchen was closed for dinner, which made a visit with a family of 5 a more stressful experience. It was open again for breakfast, which the children and I enjoyed. The room had a broken sofa bed, which we had to accept to keep our adjoining rooms. If these issues had not occurred, I an sure it would have been a much better stay. February 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff were excellent The hotel was modern and well fitted and clean. The weather was cold and some of the glass areas felt cold because of it. But what set this hotel apart from many others was the staff - all well trained - all took time to greet/smile and that really made a difference. Esther in the restaurant was particularly flexible and helpful. It felt like she was happy to work around our needs and didn't rush us - reception staff knowledgable and friendly too. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappearing managers I am platinum plus member and have stayed all over the world with IHG. last year I stayed in the IHG chain for 201 nights. But I must say the staff and this hotel were rude and non comunitive, I checked out a day early from this hotel which I have stayed at 36 nights in total in the last year.. I have never been treated as bad asi was this time . It's now 24/02/15 and I am still waiting for a manager to call me back. I have left 4. Messages and I still have not received a call to discuss the experience I had. I will not being staying at the hotel EVER again February 24, 2015
