Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible horrible experience We stayed at the Holiday Inn Brookline to be convenient to Boston University. The lobby, "atrium" area and hotel room were dingy, dated, and a very poor value for the fairly high cost. Our room itself was dirty (both the sleeping area and the bathroom) and we were unable to fully close the curtains in the window (that overlooked the atrium area), leading to a poor sense of security. Many of the rooms had window coverings open to the atrium area through which we walked to get to our guest room. Several of these rooms were in complete disarray (bed lines on the floor, towels piled in the bathroom) and stayed so from the time of our check in during the afternoon hours until when we checked out the following morning. I would NEVER EVER stay in this hotel again. March 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This is a nice place to stay Clean rooms, great breakfast. I did not like having to pay for parking in the hotel parking garage. I feel it should have been included in the price of the room, and we shouldn't have to pay to park at the hotel. Breakfast was great and offered a buffet style with so much food-it was delicious. Rooms were clean, and we were comfortable. I'd stay there again. March 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very good value for money The reception people/area were very good. The bed was comfortable and TV OK. Bathroom could have been cleaner..... The A/C was noisy. The food was adequate but could be more varied. It was noisy in the dining area....because of loud noise coming from the lower level. The shuttle ran on time. Overall, I was satisfied. March 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service The hotel is modern with an open feel. Great staff- they are professional and will respond to your needs expeditiously. I was able to get a good night's sleep with the comfortable mattress and pillows. Close to BWH, the shuttle service was on time and the driver friendly and helpful. An overall great experience.
