Selected this hotel because they have an indoor pool. However, it is only a sunroom with no heat. The water was very cold. Only my 7 year old was courageous enough to get all the way in and he could only do it for about 5 minutes.
Restaurant attached to hotel had a 45 minute wait for dinner. The kids did eat for free with a hotel voucher though. We decided to do carryout because of the long wait and they messed up about 1/3 of our order. I had to go back and get the rest of our stuff while my food got cold in my room.
Room itself was good, but the television did not work when we entered and we had to have an engineer come and fix it. Otherwise, the room was fine and clean. Disappointed overall though.

The staff was always very helpful and the facility was clean, up to date and well maintained. It met all my expectations.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and the same long-finger nailed young lady helped me. What a joy! She was so aware of me traveling alone and suggested ways to be safe and comfortable. Ex: Eating dinner at the attached restaurant and parking where I would have easy access to the elevator. I will stay here several times a year on my way back from Florida because I felt so relaxed and safe.

First time I comment negatively on a Holiday Inn. Overall everything looked clean however when getting dressed I put on black socks. In the 3 feet I walked to put on shoes the socks were filthy. Really surprised.
Can't say enough good about the restaurant. There could have been a free breakfast at the price.

We arrived from Fla tired and hungry with no reservations. Mike at the front desk was handling a long line of guests waiting to register. He was also handling outside telephone calls and inside guest calls. He was multi tasking like I have never seen . It was a shame there was no one to help him, but he single handedly did it all. And he was super polite and very helpful during registration. By the way, he was so efficient that by the time we left the lobby area after unloading our suitcases, the hotel was full. We heard him taking phone calls with regrets but we have no more rooms. In the interim, one of the restaurant staff also interrupted him to find out if a dining room/bar guest was registered there because they couldn't remember where they were staying. It is a shame the management of that hotel thinks so little of there front desk staff to not have extra help on a weekend when they were sold out! I hope someone in corporate will recognize Mike for the terrific job he is doing. And much more than that ... makes sure the manager of this hotel schedules a proper amount of front desk staff on busy weekends to give an employee proper relief. If he can't do that ... then the manager himself should be there to provide the proper relief!!! I am sure the manager and/or assist manager knows that there was a huge amount of traffic over the holiday weekends. Again, we hope corporate will make sure that Mike receives proper recognition for an extraordinary job.
