I have stayed at this Holiday Inn on several occassions and each time is a super experience. This is a well-managed and professionally-staffed hotel. The staff goes out of its way to assist you and to make you feel welcomed. The rooms aere always comfortable and clean. I hate to use the cliche "It feels like home", but it really does. Check in is a breeze and Priority Club members are always recognized. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the Golden Isles, you won't be disaapointed.

Hotel is fairly nice, but customer service is lacking.
I asked for an upgrade, and without looking she said they have none available, this was minutes after looking at room options online and seeing suite availability.
Also they offered to give 500 bonus points, 2 market items, or a $3 off coupon to their restaurant. I chose the 500 point bonus, which they didn't provide, the waters in the cooler are 4 oz, (if you choose 2 you still don't have enough), and $3 off a meal is a ridiculously cheap option.
Overall the hotel is run to maximize their bottom line, and you can tell ---from the service to the perks.
Will not stay there again.

Really like the beds at Holiday Inn, but wish they would put a blanket instead of the filled cover.

We were pleasantly surprised as to how nice the exterior of the building looked and when we saw the lobby we knew it was going to be a good experience. Our room was very nice and very clean. We had a suite which made for a very comfortable two night stay. It is located close to the interstate which made it nice both getting there and leaving again. We definitely would recommend this hotel if you are going to be in the Brunswick area.

This is a excellent motel at a reasonable price. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was one of the best I have experienced in a motel. The attached restaurant serves great food in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and eager to please. My stay ranks as one of my best experiences for motel stays.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by AndyMc65 Very Nice Stay
Had several options for a stop while traveling from Orlando to Raleigh and decided to try the Holiday Inn Brunswick. Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. As a family we used to stay only at Holiday Inn, but some bad experiences during the late '90's and early '00's had switched us to other Brands. This Hotel was modern, comfortable and clean. A really smart feature in my opinion is that the door to the bathroom opens OUT into the larger room, not IN to the bathroom. Very convenient to I-95 without feeling it was in the hotel parking lot. The price was very competitive. Nice indoor pool and a friendly staff. Only negative would be that they only seem to have 2 handicapped parking spaces. Did not try the restaurant but it is a Millhouse Steakhouse. I do know the Millhouse in Kingsland, GA is excellent, though so if it is run by the same people would think it is good.

Room was big but the suite did not actually work as a 2nd bedroom area. It was the only room available other than a smoking room so we took it understanding the set up. Staff was quite nice though and let me see the smoking room prior to know if that would work for me or not. Check out time of noon worked out great as well. Room was clean and comfortable. The pull out sofa mattress is very thin though and really should come with a memory foam pad to place on top of it when in use as an option. The bars of the sofa can be felt.
Restaurant was nice but full. We did get vouchers for dinner and breakfast but the dinner was so packed (an hour wait was required) making it unreasonable. We went out instead of waiting. Maybe priority seating for hotel guests??
