I have not traveled outside the States very often and didn't realize that taxi services in Brussels may not take credit cards. I was exhausted from traveling and dealing with an irate cab driver when I didn't have enough to pay the fare (my fault entirely). The hotel was very accommodating and just charged the fare to my room.
The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious and decorated very posh.

Hotel confortevole, personale cordiale , posizione ottima x scopi commerciali.....un po carente come navette ( poche corse ) e un po lenti nel risolvere problemi che possono verificarsi

Timing of Airport shuttle is rubbish, the service starts too late in the evening compared to other hotels in the area. Although company shuttle service is good, the driver is great, most helpful person. Could not sleep all night as they put me in a room next to the area where a huge truck delivers and collects towels/bed sheets and stuff. It took hours to load/unload in the middle of night. It was my worse stay ever, could not sleep at all due to the unbearable noise. Breakfast works out to too expensive. The room is far too expensive, not a value for money at all.

I selected this hotel because it is situated close to a planned business meeting venue. I was not impressed with the barrack like appearance of the hotel with its long corridors and restricted window outlook. The Bar and Restaurant areas are not conducive to relaxing after a long day and private conversation with my guests. The car parking bays are too narrow for my Mercedes and the risk of open door contact by neighbouring parked vehicles was of concern.

What I really like about the hotel is the overall friendly behaviour of the staff. They are always helping where necessary and even a business trip makes me feel somehow like "home".
Nevertheless there are some points that can be optimized and that are not representing the value-for-money:
- no sockets for your own devices available (only shaver)
- some rooms smell smoky
- the breakfast quality is poor for a holiday inn (but the staff tries to make the best out of it)
- whirlpool sometimes not working
- hygiene in spa area not really given (people use sauna without towels and use the cool pool without showering)
- some parts of the gym need to be renewd urgently (e. g. mats)
- sometimes TV is not working at all or some channels are not available. Good selection of French/english channels, other languages poor selection

Holiday Inn now has automated check-in which is a laugh because the hotel charge you top dollar to do the work yorself. The process is not easy and the lack of personal touch makes you wonder if this is the hotel to stay in future.
Rooms are ok but due to construction work, you eat in a very crowded room.
I was also woke up both nights at 6am by a delivery vehicle leaving it's engine running outside my window.
