Fui atendido com má cara por parte de uma das funcionárias ao check in. O hotel espera que os seus hóspedes trabalhem para a cadeia IHG gratuitamente uma vez que tem um sistema de Check-in e check-out onde temos de ser nós próprios a fazê-lo...
Não fui reconhecido como membro nem me foi oferecida a habitual bebida à chegada.
Alguém da gerência deste Hotel se convenceu que o pequeno almoço tem de ser orgânico e cheio de sementes de chia e afins...que pequeno-almoço mais sem graça! Até os típicos iogurtes sempre presentes nos outros hoteis da mesma cadeia tiraram....

The self service check in/check out is slow and did not work correctly. Shame about that badly stained carpets in the corridors.

The hotel is at a convenient location for me regarding work. The room sizes are excellent but some bathrooms are looking tired. Been a large hotel focusing on conferences it can get busy in the bar area and service can suffer. I book in advance so prices are acceptable but if I need to book a couple of nights before prices can be very high fluctuating of demand.
I stay at this hotel as I enjoy using the Gym

Rooms are getting old without any renovation, last stay the room door was closing hardly.
No upgrade for rooms, all are the same.
Food in restaurent is not very good & takes long time to be prepared.
One of the worst hotels in all IHG group!

Beautifully renovated reception, lounge, bar and dining areas with innovative self-service check-in and check-out brings this hotel into a modern era. Presence of a reception concierge was welcome to resolve any issues.

Stayed at your hotel and upon check out Friday April 22 your manger indicated all computers were down but that he would make sure to email me the receipt that day. I provided him 2 email addresses. 5 days later I still do not have a receipt. Assuming this is taking care of overall this is a good hotel.
