Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor shuttle service, Wet/leaking bathroom Issue began from the airport. It was 9:30am, when My colleagues (total 3) and I walked out the airport door. Although we've indicated our arrival time during booking, and called the hotel to arrange a shuttle pick up, hotel front desk simply declined our request and said shuttle service ends at 9am. We were very surprised as this is the "AIRPORT" hotel as per its name!!! Since we were really tired from the long haul flight - we decided to just take the cab, but taxi drivers have waited hours for their passengers - no one wants to pick us up. After paying some extra $$ - driver dropped us at the hotel. Now the room... my bathroom has leakages from the sink, which is continuous even after the hotel plumber fixes in each night. It was very unpleasant to walk in the wet bathroom in the morning... and repeatedly... February 26, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 2 nights business trip Poor experience. they gave me a room next to the elevators, was very noisy. I did get another room on the 1st floor which was better. Good coffee-maker in the room, however a bit difficult to operate. Staff charged me extra for the parking, which was supposed to be included in my company corporate deal. ONly found out after return. The breakfast was OK. Overall not a great value for money experience. February 17, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Do Not Arrive Late The hotel staff will be waiting and caring for you but finding a taxi from the airport might be an experience. Great property, comfortable room. As Platinum Member I has been told upon check-in that the use of minibar in the room was free of charge. Well, if it happens to you too please lower your expectations. There is not that much inside, so better to expect just a bottle of water to be surprised of something more when you open it. WiFi is good and fast. Breakfast is ok, good choice of food but the breakfast room might be better. The free shuttle to the airport runs at fixed schedules with a long gap between morning and evening shifts. A late check-out until 4pm for Platinum Guests would be the ice on cake. January 5, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Striclty for business This is the 4th time I stayed at this hotel. It is close to the airport and close to my office here. For business, this hotel is ideal. Also it is really close to Diegem station. But there is nothing nearby for food or shopping. You definitely need a car to wander around. So, this hotel is great in terms of quality and service if you are in Brussels for work and your office is near Diegem area. January 3, 2014

The WiFi during my last stay was extremely poor for a hotel of this quality (even though my room was supposed to be on the "priority club floor". I am a Platinum member of IHG rewards and have stayed in several IHG hotels obviously ... but never experienced such quality of WiFi that made even simple email and arduous task. I hope to have a completely different, improved performance during my next stay. I want this hotel to do well. December 17, 2013

Customer service with a smile and pleasant disposition-not as common as you would expect in the hospitality industry in Europe! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the money! I have stayed at this hotel with my team of people on a few occasions but this time was not good at all. No hot water for 2 mornings running! Breakfast was very crowded and not good at all - not much of a selection. No food available in the bar during the evenings, only food available was in the restaurant! So we chose to go out to eat at a local restaurant! I will not be staying here again! October 21, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dicky Bird Two nights at what should have been a great stay BUT Wifi not working needed to get master password on second day. Try as I could I could not get TV to work and I'm not that thick that I did not try. The light on the working desk was so dim it was not possible to spread light enough to work on multiple papers. Food was not great I ate out on the second night. Room design was very nice and staff very helpful. Unless things improve will not stay again. September 27, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice rooms, common areas and service. I chose this property for the free shuttle they have to the airport and was impressed by everything. Check-in was quick and efficient with recognition of my plan status. Room was creative and comfortable, great desk area for a little work. The restaurant on the 3rd floor was very nice but, of course, a little expensive for what they offer. Shuttle to the airport was a full-blown bus with soft seats and storage under the bus in the luggage compartment. I highly recommend the Brussels Airport Holiday Inn. September 26, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice to eat outside It was a pleasant surprise to see that the area outside the bar was set for dinner. Usually only the 3rd floor restaurant serves evening meals, so it was great to sit out in the sunshine for a change. The gym is well-equiped, and the pool was very relaxing. The company shuttle service was faultless on this stay (although I have experiences quite a few problems with the shuttle not arriving in the past). I did not receive a Priority Club room on this occasion. August 11, 2013

Nice swimmingpool area and fitness, but please repair spa pool. We use your hotel as often as possible in particular because of your nice fitness, swimmingpool and spa area. We though often have the surprise that either the swimmingpool hasn't been heated (this winther once) or the spa bath is not working. It's a shame because it's a very attractive point for your hotel. A part from those details, we only have positive to say. Excellent service, friendly staff, good food, spacious room, etc. etc. July 29, 2013

Restaurant/Breakfast is not cheap, but serves good food and drinks. Very friendly staff. Nice bar with outside area (though service is slow) Good relaxation, pool and "wellness" area. Missing candy/snack vending machines: Only drinks available and in the lobby only rather expensive "desserts" from a fridge. For an airport hotel - can certainly recommend it. July 9, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Our last time with this hotel. We normally use this hotel when transitioning to and from Europe through BRU. To save time, I will mention things of note that drove our decision to leave the IHG family of hotels from this point forward. Reserved (and paid in advance for) Superior room and was given standard room. The hotel staff insisted I only was entitled to a standard room even after I showed the confirmation email. The customer is always right with a validating email from IHG. The food orders on the 3rd floor were wrong and late. Since they no longer serve food downstairs during the week, we were forced to go upstairs. I asked for the next shuttle to the airport and received a curt response, "not until this evening and that is clearly posted on the website. You can take a taxi out front." Still no recognition for IHG Rewards Club Members. Brussels prices for drink/food - 6 Euro beer and 25 Euro plates. July 8, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dining Room Service I have stayed at this hotel twice now. I experienced the same issue the first time and it appears it is not just me. I monitored others at the facility and saw similair issues. I ordered dinner in the 3rd floor dinning room. The soup was not served until I requested it again. The entre was incorrect. The desert was incorrect. The staff was very cordual and reasonably respinsive. They offered some assistance after their erros but I was not impressed. The hotel itself was fine. The dinning room appears to have some issues. I will probably not stay there again. June 18, 2013
