Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by If you travel by car and need an overnight near the city center It is good location if you travel by car.Without a car tho get there and away is not comfortable,but still doable. Located next to the TESCO supermarket and some outlet stores just outside of the Budapest.You can use a free Tesco bus(30 min.ride) from Kelenföld subway/railway station(every 25 and 55 min from Kelenföld and every 00 and 30 min.from Budaörs Tesco).Rooms were clean and stay was pleasant. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel for business but Leisure facilities not exactly next doo Hotel is fine with very friendly and helpful staff. The fitness centre is however a 10 minute walk along busy roads and pretty limited in terms of equipment, once you manage to find it (above a squash club). On the plus side their is an out of town retail park next door to the Hotel with a range of large stores and places to eat December 1, 2014

Room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Breakfast selection was great. Far superior to many other Holiday Inns I have stayed in. Would highly recommend November 18, 2014

Internet prices are awfully expensive if you are not an IHG member. Restaurant has very good dishes. A little further away from Downtown (more than 10 km) but taxis are not that expensive. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing experience Our arrival in Budapest was not great as my colleagues passport was stolen on the train. The staff at the hotel were moderately helpful, they did all we asked but offered no proactive advice which could have by passed numerous problems and saved hours. On Tuesday night/Wednesday morning there was no internet connection. I do realise this is not the hotels fault but it is so frustrating when you are trying to rebook flights, access email. One receptionist did try on her mobile phone to help me which was great and apologised - the other just gave out the access code to other guests and did not explain there was a problem. So there were several people in reception - only place with free access - wondering what was going on. And finally - a small trade show took place in reception blocking the way into the breakfast restaurant - is that really the best location? Overall, it was all about the hotel, not about the guest, I expected better from IHG. November 10, 2014
