We didn't know we have a second home, until we stayed at this place in 2013. This is our second home now, every time we visit Southern California. By the way the pool is very big and heated too.

Having been staying in this hotel for several times, I find the hotel has improved along the way. I like this changes and looking forward to more changes for good in my future visits. All the best!

Liked everything about my stay. Restaurant was unremarkable. Needs a decor and menu upgrade.
After one meal. didn't want to eat there again.

Hotel facilities and ammentities are average... had issues with our room keys 3 of the 5 nights... rooms are outdated... Our primary reason for staying at this hotel was because of the "complimentary" shuttle service to Disney and Knotts, but this shuttle doesn't start running until after the parks open, and due to miscommunication between the front desk and shuttle drivers, we were left out front of Disney one of the nights....

Got spammed in my business email box 5-10 times after stay regarding this survey and "Thank you". I have unsubscribed numerous times. Hotel says IHG members were upgraded to better room. I received a smaller room, one less bed, and a loud refrigerator as a result of the so-called upgrade.

Not much to say other than everyone I dealt with at Hotel was fantastic. Hotel restaurant food was just ok. Only a few places within walking distance to eat. Room was great.

Thank you Buena Park for noticing I have been a Platinum member for nearly 15 years and posting Welcome points when you offer them to IHG members. Please continue to have excellent customer service.
Everything was perfect, however when you upgrade your Platinum members, there should not be stains on the carpet, either have them cleaned or new carpet would be great.
I love this hotel and will be back soon..

One elevator did not work correctly, it shook violently at the top floor. The lock mechanisms on the doors where finicky. I needed help getting into the gym room due to the lock issue. There were no free weights in the gym. The gym didn't open until 5:30 am. Also, for the price I paid, I would have expected some sort of breakfast to be included. Also, the rooms on one side of the hotel had too much highway noise. I had to change rooms to the other side of the hotel.
